Our stay in Golden BC was awesome! A great place to begin our week hiking the National Parks of Canada. This VRBO was the perfect spot to come back to each night. Super clean place and an amazing deck with views!

We stayed here for three nights in August 2026. This is a beautiful condominium with a massive well appointed deck. The kitchen had everything we needed plus we took time to barbecue. Enjoy time on the patio and sit by the fire! Anytime I needed to contact the hosts they were there for me. Building is clean and conveniently located near several amenities, including restaurants and grocery stores. There’s also a restaurant right in the main floor of the building, which was very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again, this place was comfortable, clean and convenient!

We had a great stay overall. The home was clean, comfortable, well-equipped with great amenities, and in a convenient location—making it a perfect base for exploring Golden and the Banff area.Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. We did have a few minor concerns during our stay, but the hosts were incredibly prompt with their responses and took action right away, which we greatly appreciated.Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Golden and would happily stay here again!

The property was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. I could walk to the river trail, grocery store, and many restaurants/cafes/brewery. Would absolutely recommend!

Great place to stay and relax

This place was fantastic with huge balcony. It had all the necessary amenities, and was nicely furnished. Inside was spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. The neighbourhood was calm. Supermarket is in walking distance. It was nice to have some games provided. Owner also provided a bed for the dog which was a really nice thought. Would definitely stay again in the opportunity arose.

I was surprised that additional fees were needed upon check in. I had paid for damage insurance upon booking so was surprised it came up again. The check in app is not seamless -it was not compatible with my phone and led to some waiting.

The check-in platform is the same secure system used for all guests and works reliably in the vast majority of cases. Overall, we give this place a 5. It was very spacious and comfortable—great for a relaxing stay. However, there were a few minor issues. The fan in our room was quite noisy, which made it harder to sleep soundly. The dishwasher hadn’t been unloaded, so we had to do that before using it. Additionally, for improved safety—especially for seniors—it would be great if the tub in the master bathroom had an anti-slip mat and/or a handle. Despite these small concerns, we still recommend this place if you’re looking for a spacious and convenient spot to stay.

Nothing not to like here, so five stars is an easy call. So what stands out?Location: Easy walk to river in two directions, direct access to the awesome Golden bike trail network, and an excellent IGA (grocery) right across the street. Trans Canada railway is close by, and trains pass through frequently (a plus if you dig trains) but they are amazingly quiet and with the back deck facing the mountains and away from downtown there’s very little city noise. Modern design: This isn’t some old condo remodeled into a rental; it’s a modern apartment in what appears to be a very new concrete building with up-to-date safety features and codes. HVAC was AMAZING. Plumbing and electric tip-top.No clutter: Space was clear of all the usual useless owner flotsom, like empty boxes and mysterious and abandoned electronics. Everything that was there served some purpose and there was actually room to put some of OUR stuff.Gaming room: The little extra room with a desk and chair made an excellent bedroom for our cat. Other possible uses sorta suggest themselves. Back deck: The elevated patio “out back” was where we spent most of awake time here. Nuff said. Pet policy: We were traveling with our cat and were nervous about it. I was also afraid that a “pet friendly” condo would be all trashed out and reek of dog. Well the place was spotless and while I can’t speak for Luci, I sure didn’t smell any dogs and she took to the place like she wished it was home. I kinda did too.

Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough good things about this location. So convenient with downtown literally out the front door. The deck is amazing and HUGE! A relaxing little get away. In the back on the deck you don’t even know you are in busy downtown. This place was magic! Everything was easy, the place was clean and inviting. We will stay again!

Absolutely wonderful property! This condo was the perfect fit for our family's trip to Golden. It is immaculate and spacious with a gorgeous patio! It is conveniently located with a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. It was very nice and I hope to return in the future.
