Lovely Trip

My husband and I loved our stay here! The place was just as advertised and was so cute and cozy! The hot tub was very relaxing and we enjoyed the electric fireplace! Definitely recommend!

Great location and cozy Townhouse!

Hosts were wonderful, everything was super organized and check-in was super easy! Family loved the top floor views from the Hot tub and the townhouse interior was very well appointed. Easy ski-in/ski-out. Kids said this was our best place we stayed (we also stayed in Banff and Sunshine Mountain). We will definitely be back!

Luxurious

Our stay at Kicking Horse was beyond expectations. Leo and Heidi’s place was spotless, had an amazing view, and the hot tub was perfect for the early morning wake up. Great location. Close to all of the national parks, yet very private and the mountain is right at your back door. Thanks so much for a great vacation.

Great choice for a ski vacation

My husband and I stayed at Leo's condo at Kicking Horse for a post-Christmas ski trip with our two teenagers. It was perfectly sized for our family of four. There was enough space that we didn't feel cramped, including two comfortable sofas in the living room, a dining room table that seats six, a bathroom with plenty of counter space, and a kitchen big enough for two people to work together. The entire unit was immaculate, and the views from the front windows and the deck are gorgeous. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and taking in the views after a long day of skiing. The kitchen is well-equipped, including three frying pans in excellent condition (my test of a good kitchen!). We had a question about a minor detail on our first day, and Leo was very quick to respond. He was helpful throughout the entire process, from my initial enquiry about renting the unit, through our stay. If we return to Kicking Horse in the future, we'd love to rent this beautiful space again. Thank you for sharing it with us, Leo!

We could not be happier with our stay here. The condo is immaculately clean. The views from the hot tub are stunning. We either watched the sunset or sunrise from the hot tub each day as we soaked our muscles from hiking. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable home away from home. Close to everything we wanted to visit / see. Food is excellent in Golden. Highly recommend

Gorgeous Mountain View in Peaceful Setting

Townhouse was absolutely beautiful and well appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck in the quiet evenings under the bright stars, and loved watching the hummingbirds at the feeders.

Quick trip to Kicking Horse

We had an excellent stay for three nights while skiing at Kicking Horse and with CMH Purcell. The unit was great and we particularly enjoyed the apres-ski drinks in the hot tub while watching the late day sun dim and the stars come out. Kitchen was well equipped. Unit is in great shape. Leo was a pleasure to deal with. Location was great - quick access for a mid-day lunch, but a bit away from the busier parts of the resort. Just the way we like it. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Ski Condo!

Loved everything about the condo. Kitchen had everything we needed, washer/dryer worked great, hot tub was the perfect way to end a ski day. I'm not sure the location could be any better. 2 minute walk to the ski run and we skied right to the garage door to end the day. If we find ourselves at Kicking Horse in the future we would definatley stay here again.

This was an amazing stay in Golden! Leo was extremely communicative in preparing for this trip and everything was so seamless. This location is perfect if you are looking to have a remote relaxing mountain stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay at Kicking Horse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kicking Horse. The condo was very clean and fully equipped. The kitchen has all the supplies necessary supplies for a great home cooked meal or bbq. Leo was great to work with before during and after our stay. His goal is to make sure you have a great visit. Since it is located on the mountain at the ski resort, I recommended you do a little grocery shopping in Golden prior to your arrival. I high recommend Kicking Horse and Leo is an excellent host.

Awesome spot for a relaxing ski trip

This is a clean and comfortable place to stay. The beds are comfy, everything is really clean and proper, and you can ski Kicking Horse from the trail 30 yards behind the condo. The deck with a lovely hot tub and nice BBQ is welcoming, and the views are spectacular. It even has nice indoor parking. I fully recommend it!

We are two career people, both in the IT industry, that would rather be outside than inside.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We are avid skiers, hikers and single track riders. We purchased our place in 2014 primarily as it was a bit away from the main gondola and village, but close enough to ski down to or bike down to in a few minutes. This is an amazing resort. In winter you can spend one day hiking to T1 and T2 to ski untracked, the next skiing incredible lift serviced runs, chutes and glades, and then the next skiing nordic trails at Dawn Mountain, just a 3 minute drive from the townhouse. During the summer we love the riding here. It can be as challenging as you want to make it from easy single track rides in the Cedar Lake area to long hard climbs from the base of CBT or over on Mount 7. Grab your body armor and spend a day shooting down berms and riding skinny's off the gondi. Not into biking? The hiking around here is beautiful whether just walking the top of the ridges from the gondi, or heading into Roger's Pass or Yoho. Want an easy recovery day? Play a round of golf at the Golden course at the bottom of the resort road. It's consistently great golf. There aren't a lot of places where you can do so much all in one resort. Plus, go to town, it's got everything you could need, good places to eat, and the people are really nice. We hope you fall in love with this mountain the way we have.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

This unit in the Aspens is on the top row of the development. We paid a bit more for the true ski in, ski out location, the sun on the deck during the day and the quietness of being tucked up next to the trees. From the hot tub there is a million dollar view looking across at mountain peaks and into the Columbia Valley. At night the forest right behind us smells amazing.
