Step inside and find a charming blend of rustic comfort and modern convenience. The living room welcomes you with an electric fireplace, a smart TV, and cozy seating to curl up and relax. The kitchen, though compact, is thoughtfully stocked with essentials and stainless steel appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Gather around the dining table for four, or take your meals outside to the deck, where a table for two, grill, and umbrella await. Soak your cares away in the private hot tub or share a picnic in the yard under the Hill Country sky. If you need to mix in a little work with your play, one of the bedrooms features an adjustable-height workstation and high-speed internet to keep you connected—if you choose to be.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, shared with the hall, with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed, a smart TV, and a desk.
