The Space:

This modern mountain condo is located within the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley property, though it is privately owned and not affiliated with Hyatt management. Nestled in the newly developed Deer Valley East Village, it offers true ski-in, ski-out access via the Keetley Express lift. A complimentary shuttle is available to the Jordanelle Gondola and Park City’s Historic Main Street, making it easy to explore local dining, shopping, and entertainment.



Guests enjoy access to a wide range of luxury amenities, including a year-round heated outdoor pool, three scenic hot tubs, a fully equipped fitness center, kids playroom, outdoor lounge and game areas, ski lockers, coffee bar, full-service restaurant, concierge, and underground valet parking. The resort is located just 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport at the base of Deer Valley’s East Village slopes.



This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo includes two private bedrooms with queen beds, a cozy living room with gas fireplace and pull-out sleeper sofa, a dining area, and a full kitchen with modern appliances. Bathrooms are spa-inspired with heated floors, lighted vanity mirrors, and walk-in showers. A washer and dryer are also located in the condo for your convenience.

Guest Access:

Check-in/Check-out takes place at the hotel front desk, where you’ll receive room keys and access to all shared hotel amenities for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Deer Valley’s East Village at the base of the slopes. The area offers quick access to skiing, dining, hiking, biking, and beautiful mountain views. Downtown Park City is only a short drive or shuttle ride away.



Getting Around:

If you bring a car, valet parking is required per hotel policy. If you’re traveling from out of town and prefer not to rent a car, we can help arrange a ride from the airport to the resort for an additional fee.



The complimentary hotel shuttle provides easy access to the Jordanelle Gondola, Park City Mountain, and Main Street. Ride-share services and the local bus system are also available.



Other Things to Note:

The hotel collects a $20 daily resort fee and a $50 daily valet fee at check-in. These fees are set by the hotel, may change, and are the guest’s responsibility.
