Enjoy peace and quiet in this freshly remodeled 3 bedroom home. You will have NO TRAFFIC; the house is well set back on the driveway, you are not on a road. Located “out in the country” yet just 20 minutes from Clarksville, the University of the Ozarks and Walmart, it offers the best of both worlds. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to adventure – within 20 minutes, you’ll find the Ozark National Forest, Lake Ludwig (with swimming, boating, and top-notch mountain biking on the Red Lick trails), Piney Bay, Little Piney Creek, and Long Pool Recreation Area. There is a nice public creek swimming hole just a few minutes away. For even more to explore, Mount Nebo and Lake Dardanelle State Parks are under an hour away; Mount Magazine State Park is just 75 minutes down the road.
Arkansas Nuclear One is 23 miles away. (Please note that the Univ. of the Ozarks is only 21 minutes away; the time that VRBO has listed is not correct).
The home has three bedrooms; one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a twin over full bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms, plus the kitchen. We have two living rooms, each with a 65" smart TV. There is an enclosed back porch with ping pong and foosball. Also plenty of outside space, with front and back patios. You can just sit and enjoy the countryside or use the BBQ grill.
The owners are nearby for any assistance needed. Well-behaved dogs are welcomed; see details. There is an extra charge for more than 4 guests.
