The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and 2 laundry areas, providing plenty of space and convenience for larger groups. Guests can enjoy 6 Smart TVs throughout the property, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable living spaces, and everything needed to feel at home.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Guests can relax in the shared backyard, enjoy meals under the gazebo, and choose between two BBQ grills: a charcoal grill and a gas grill. For adventure lovers, the property also includes 3 kayaks (including 1 inflatable kayak), 5 bicycles, beach gear, and outdoor games to help you make the most of Florida’s beautiful weather and waterways.

We spent 6 nights at this property. It was great, very close to the beach, jetty, and resturants. Highly recommend if you have a large family. The host was great, checked on us several times to make sure we didn't need anything.

The house was perfect for us! It is set up like a condo or separate apartments where one family could have their private area downstairs and one upstairs, but also be able to be together. The area is safe, my daughter and I walked everywhere all weekend and loved it! We spent a lot of time outside by the pool and time inside in the cold a/c. The house was really clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

What a great space for a great price! Some of the beds were a little uncomfortable, but for a weekend get together of a larger group with kids, it was fantastic.

The good, the bad and the uglyThe Good - Property is clean, plenty of supplies and communications are professional The bad - upstairs door started to leak, each time it rained; which was every evening The ugly - lots of creepy crawly bugs everywhere. I have added picturesI washed whites either Clorox, then I washed colored clothes in the next load. Washer stained and gadded some of the clothes with Clorox. When I complained they told me that because there were no previous complaints, they are not taking the responsibility. I didn’t care about 4 other articles of clothing that got ruined but two of the pants are expensive and it is sad that they didn’t want to own up to it. Mind you, Clorox was provided by the owner in the laundry room!!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home clean, well stocked, and appreciated our communication. Concerning the laundry, bleach (Clorox) was added during your wash cycle before washing colored clothing. Unfortunately, bleach can permanently discolor fabrics if any residue remains in the load. After inspecting both washing machines following your departure, we confirmed they were operating properly. We also discussed the situation with VRBO, who confirmed that, under these circumstances, hosts are not responsible for damage to personal clothing resulting from how laundry products are used by guests. Since this was not caused by a malfunction of the property, we were unable to provide compensation. Regarding the upstairs door, the area shown in the photos was related to a previous issue that had already been repaired over a year ago. The home has new impact doors with weather-tight seals. After your checkout, we visited the property while it was actively raining and confirmed there was no water intrusion or active leak. We also inspected the area again and found everything to be functioning properly. As for insects and small lizards, our home is professionally cleaned and regularly treated for pests. However, this is Florida, and if exterior doors or windows are left open, it is possible for small outdoor wildlife to enter. Later during your stay, you also reported concerns with the bathroom outlets and hair dryers. After your checkout, we thoroughly tested all of the outlets and both hair dryers and confirmed that everything was functioning properly. We always strive to provide a clean, well-maintained home and respond promptly to any concerns during our guests’ stay to ensure they have the best experience possible. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

The house was really nice. My best friend from high school an I walked over to nice restaurants a few blocks away and enjoyed nice meals and some live entertainment from a local band. Later, another high school buddy cooked steaks on the grill out back and we had a nice dinner for six friends total. It was a weekend I will never forget.

This house was more than we expected!!!! Had 2 kitchens witch was so nice to have. Know one was in each other's way. Plenty of space for the family inside and out.
