Major appliances in each kitchen include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Pets: This home welcomes a maximum of two pets (dogs only). Size and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one twin trifold floor mat, best suited for children, is provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mat by making advance arrangements with our office.

Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer are located inside the home, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.

Parking: Two carport spaces are provided and accommodate most vehicles, with access via the rear alley. Additional metered and unmetered street parking is also available throughout the neighborhood.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
