The Space:

📌 NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. HOA Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and present at check-in. This is a mandatory HOA policy.

Our modernized resort offers a range of amenities designed to enhance your stay, including a year-round heated pool, tropical courtyard, on-site laundry, free parking, and complimentary WiFi. Guests also have access to a private fishing dock—perfect for fishing or simply watching dolphins pass by.



Our beautifully renovated unit is designed to capture abundant natural light during the day while offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere at night. Please note that this unit is not a direct water-view unit.

Please note that we are a privately owned unit within a resort community and do not control resort-managed amenities. Availability, condition, or access to shared facilities (such as laundry, parking, WiFi, pool, etc.) may vary and are not guaranteed. If any amenity is temporarily unavailable for any reason, we are not responsible, and standard cancellation and refund policies will apply.

📝 Additional Information

- The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee if provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!

- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.

Guest Access:

Our guests have access to every amenity the resort has to offer! This includes access to the heated lagoon pool, a large sunny outdoor dining area, a private fishing dock (and area to dock your jet skis!), onsite laundry, free instant WIFI and a couple gas grills. Our oceanfront condo is also located just down the street (minutes) away from Clearwater beach! Throw on some sandals, grab the beach chairs we provide, and go soak up some sun on the sandy Clearwater beach.



All amenities outside of the unit are managed by the resort. This includes, but is not limited to, the grills, the pool, the sun deck, and the parking lot. We DO NOT guarantee the *availability* or *cleanliness* of any of these amenities. The resort, at their discretion, make close down any amenity at any time and that is not our responsibility. Therefore we do not issue refunds due to an amenity closure or for the state of an amenity, though we'll do our best always to help you out.



LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.



The Neighborhood:

Coral Resort is on Clearwater Beach. The immediate area is restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops! It's a 2 minutes walk to the beach!



Getting Around:

Everything is within walking distance!



Other Things to Note:

This page is a private page and was not set up by the resort itself. We're a third party property manager representing a number of units at the resort, but not ALL of the units. Therefore, if you have an issue with the resort, a neighboring unit or another guest, please report it to us. We also have direct communication so we'll make sure you get the fastest help possible!



The Coral Resort is a boutique resort, and so some of their services reflect the smaller operation! Requests outside normal business hours may take some time.



Also, please note these condos are individually owned meaning small aspects of your experience may vary unit to unit including, but not limited to, supplies, design, in-suite amenities, etc. Please be mindful of this.



⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.



🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



🚼 Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.



PLEASE NOTE:

🗑️Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.



Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
