► Important to Know: Each unit is limited to two vehicles, and trailers are not permitted. The spiral staircase to the lower level may not be suitable for very young children or guests with mobility challenges, so please plan accordingly. The third bedroom is located downstairs on this level.

Guest Access:
As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.

The Neighborhood:
Our place is located in a quiet, well-maintained condo community in the heart of Pigeon Forge, just minutes from top attractions like Dollywood, The Island, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The neighborhood is ideal for vacationers, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. It’s a drive-to-everything area with paved roads and nearby schools in the Sevier County district.

Getting Around:
For the most part, it is a very easy drive. The property is just about a mile off the Parkway so it's a very developed area. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place. I'd only be concerned if there was ice and our plows haven't gotten to salt it yet, in which case it'll be tough no matter what car you have.

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Sunday 9 AM - 9 PM via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
