There is a full flight of stairs and then you will arrive at The Blu Bungalow. The Blu Bungalow offers complete privacy and all the comforts of home—plus a few lux extras to make your stay unforgettable.

Winter Monthly Rates: Available upon inquiry.

Amenity Starter Pack: Essentials provided for the start of your stay. Travel size body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Dishwasher soap, kitchen scrubber, dish soap, kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. These essentials will most likely not last you the entirety of your stay however they will get you started. Cleaning supplies are provided.

Important Information:

No smoking in the home or pool area.
No pets
Strictly no narcotics or medicinal narcotics.
Do not rearrange the furniture.
No events, parties, or pets allowed.
Restrictions on certain vehicles and parking.
There is no washer and dryer in the unit.
Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.
Minimum age for renting is 25. No student groups allowed.
Guests have full use of the bungalow and the pool and dining area.
Guests do not have access to the homeowners private patio area and fire pit area.
