During your stay, the items brought to our attention were handled promptly — including dispatching a handyman the same evening for the smoke detector and sending additional supplies right away. For clarity for future guests, the home is professionally cleaned before each stay, fully stocked with toiletries, and all windows and major features are functional. Some of the statements in this review do not accurately reflect the condition of the home or the amenities provided. A few items mentioned — such as outdoor layout preferences, extension cords, and beach equipment — are not advertised features of the property, though we understand every guest has different expectations. We also wish more of these concerns had been communicated during the stay, as we are always responsive and happy to resolve anything in real time. Since this visit, we’ve made additional updates to the outdoor seating and overall presentation to further enhance the guest experience.
