Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad the location, mountain views, and well equipped kitchen made your stay enjoyable, and we truly appreciate the five star rating. We also appreciate you letting us know about the foosball table and the trash on the patio. That’s helpful feedback for our team, and we’ll be sure to address both so future guests have an even better experience. We’re grateful you stayed with us and would love to welcome you back!

Thanks for coming up to visit folks and glad you overall had a nice time up here. Our listing is accurate, this house is on the city bus line and there are options to connect to the routes around town and the area. You told us you hadn't done any research and were "winging it" , our reservation team is always available to answer any questions when booking. Like any city in the world the bus times and routes are controlled by the town and doesn't provide the same flexibility of renting a car. Your family mentioned they were able to use the bus line successfully during their stay and we also provided free luggage storage at arrival and two complimentary shuttle rides around town while you got your bearings. Please do consider coming to visit again and we can certainly help find a spot that best fits your groups needs

Thanks for coming up and we're glad the unit overall worked well for your group. We very much appreciate the feedback and have replaced the batteries on the door

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, the convenient location near town, and that everyone was able to relax during your stay. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome you back again in the future!
