It was a nice condo and beautiful view. Just wish we had a working washer. We put in a work order on Monday and they never came. So we had to use the same 8 towels for 7 people all week. Was not really happy with that.

Excellent beach location. Within walking distance of shops. We stayed in the master bedroom but there was no closet to hang clothes in that bedroom. We were surprised. The pocket door to the guest bedroom was broken. We called the office and Mike came and repaired it. There is no coffee maker in the unit, only a Keurig. If you are a coffee snob like me and bring your own coffee, make sure you bring your own coffee maker as well. Overall very peaceful and relaxing stay.

It was a nice place. The best part was how close it is to get to the beach. It is just a few steps away! My family had a great time and we would stay there again.

Pretty top stay, clean, location unbeatable, the only thing we missed was basic cheap like washing pods, napkins, we had to drive out to local grocery.

Tybee Celebration

AMAZING VIEW! Nice mid-beach location right on the dunes/beach. Really enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom rental. Property manager was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary trip

The location of the property was really nice and the views were beautiful!! We had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend staying at this property. The only negatives were the elevator didn’t work and people who were not staying at the property or visitors of anyone staying at the property used some of the parking spots which made it difficult to get in and out of our designated parking spots.

Comfortable Condo with wraparound porch. We enjoyed staying here and would again. Very easy access to the beach!

Smiths quick tybee trip

Overall enjoyed out stay abd the place was clean and as described. The listing stated there was a pool we could not find it. Beach front and mostly private. We had a rude down stairs neighbor leav a typed note on our door sat morning mad because she could hear our footsteps after 11 pm. Would stay here again. Super easy to check in and out

Overall really good condo.

Overall, the condo was pretty good! The elevator was out of service and that was very inconvenient for a family of 12. We were on the 3rd floor so it was a pain getting all our stuff from the car into the condo. 2 of my family members are older in age and have knees pain so 3 flights of stairs was very inconvenient for them. If the access to an elevator is not an issue for you then this will be a good a choice. But we most likely won’t be booking this condo again.

Perfect except for elevator

Clean, beds were incredibly comfortable, stunning view, and super easy access to beach. Our a/c went down and the management was pleasant and helpful and sent someone in a timely manner. The only complaint is that we had rented this specific location because it had an elevator, but that was out through our whole stay.

Should’ve been better for the price

This was a great location, and it was very clean. You have to go by the rental agency for a welcome packet, regardless of it being a key code entry- this was easy but just a step I haven’t had to do with other rentals on VRBO. We got in VERY late, and the condo was 78 degrees… I assumed they had turned the air up to save money, so I turned it down and went to bed. Miserable night, air never cooled off. Called the agency in the morning, and they sent someone out to check unit, then had to send out contractor to fix, took ALL day. So beware, the unit is very old and probably due to be replaced. The washer and dryer were extremely loud, and the dryer attempted to eat something out of every load we did, a few things had to be yanked out and ripped. The dryer would also occasionally make a horribly loud clanking during the cycle, and sand would shake out all over the dryer and into the washer. We did not spend time on the beach due to the weather so I know the sand was not from our clothes. There were plenty of frying pans, but no baking sheets. Also be prepared to bring your own salt/pepper and foil- every other VRBO I’ve ever stayed at just kept these (possibly left over from other guests). The master bedroom and main guest room were plenty spacious, but the room with the bunk bed was extremely small with the size of the furniture placed in it, and it was not the easiest for my teen daughter to get in the top bunk because the ceiling is low and the sprinkler placement.

Graduation Celebration at the Beach

Our son graduated from SCAD. We wanted to reward him with a fun time at the beach for us, him, and 2 of his adult cousins, We had a family taco night where everyone pitched in to help. The kitchen was well-equipped, We took family photos on the balcony and the view was spectacular. We hope to stay at the property again.

Great location

Great views of the ocean. The location is also across from city tennis and pickle ball courts and the YMCA. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island and highly recommend it!

Fantastic Everything

We had a girls trip - Mom, Daughters & 1yr Granddaughter and this was the perfect spot for us! The condo was clean with plenty of room for all of us an a baby :) Perfectly stocked with everything we needed for the week. The view was amazing! The beach access was perfect! The staff was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Will definitely stay again!
