Located four miles from Penn Yan, this remodeled farmhouse offers a quiet countryside setting near Finger Lakes wineries, lakes, hiking trails, restaurants, and small-town attractions. Its two-story layout provides plenty of room for families and groups to gather while maintaining comfortable separation.

The home includes four bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus two separate main-floor common areas with queen sleeper sofas. Two full bathrooms—one on each floor—both feature tub/shower combinations.

The open-concept living area connects to a stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, Keurig, cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware. The dining table seats six.

Outside, guests can relax in the four-to-six-person hot tub beneath the covered patio, gather around the firepit, or use the lawn for outdoor games. A gas grill is provided; guests are responsible for refilling the propane if needed. Driveway parking is available for three to four vehicles.
