Your luxurious pool and spa is absolutely private with tall hedges on the sides and lush green manicured landscape and Emerald Island’s magnificent private conservation directly behind the pool. A large covered lanai offers two outdoor dining sets and a comfortable high table with plenty of room / seats. Enjoy complete serenity as you listen to the roaring jets of the attached spa (pool and spa heat optional). You could spend your entire vacation out here if the rest of the home’s executive features were not so inviting. When the kids and kids-at-heart have had enough pool time, enjoy the fully insulated game room.

The kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances outfitted to the home. Some of the features include large-capacity refrigerator/freezer with built-in ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, convection oven, stovetop burners, and a microwave oven. Also featured are high-end kitchen cabinets with stainless steel hardware, a spacious kitchen island and elegant granite countertops. The cabinets are loaded with plenty of dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for all ages and all the conveniences of a well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy the view from the open floor plan family room and kitchen to the pool, and come and go freely to your private pool oasis.

Your family room features a large screen television and comfortable seating. All complete with luxury furnishings. It’s easy to stay connected with an assortment of built-in charging ports for your devices and free WiFi internet. If you care to pack light, feel free to clean up with the washing machine and dryer which were recently installed.

Four of the six bedrooms offer private ensuite bathrooms, and the main floor master bedroom offers a mounted flat-screen LED television. All bedrooms are outfitted with flat-screen LED televisions with and cable channels.

The SPA attached to the pool is NOT a hot tub so whatever pool water temperature is, the SPA will be. The pool heat fee is $35/day.

Resort Access: You will need to pay $10 for the gate access card for each car at the clubhouse as soon as you arrive at the resort. The guard at the gate will guide you. That money is refundable when the card is returned before you departure. The clubhouse is open from 8AM till 10PM. So plan to return the card at another time if you are either leaving before 8AM or after 10PM for any reason.
