This brand-new open-concept apartment features a charming blend of contemporary and vintage decor. It’s located on the 10th floor of a beautiful modern building, offering stunning views and plenty of natural light throughout the space.

✨ The apartment includes a cozy living room decorated with adorable llama plushies, a fully equipped kitchen with a charming integrated dining bar, a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and a private terrace that runs along the unit — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. It also allows the apartment to have plenty of natural light.

For your comfort, you’ll have access to:

• A dedicated workspace in the bedroom
• 2 Smart TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom)
• High-speed WiFi (150 Mbps)
• 24/7 building security

• A rooftop pool with a stunning view of Lima’s skyline
• A fully equipped gym
• A children’s play area
• A laundromat (in the same apartment we have 1 washer dryer, but it may not dry your clothes 100%).

Please note the following:

- Due to condominium rules, the common areas are booked in advance and it is by hours (Pool: 2 hours, Gym: 1 hour and cinema: 4 hours). Reservations are made at Tower A and it is recommended to make them at least 2 weeks in advance due to high demand. Additionally, the gym can only be booked a maximum of 3 times per week and the pool a maximum of 2 times per month.

- It is not allowed to bring guests or alcoholic beverages to the common areas.

- We have a washer-dryer in the apartment, but, perhaps, the clothes may not come out 100% dry, so you can use the small clothesline we have (do not hang it on the terrace, because the clothes can fall). Furthermore, if you wish, you can also use the professional dryers that the building has. Drying is 10 soles for 7 kilos and payment is coordinated with us.

- Please inform us your approximate arrival time at least one day in advance so that we can notify the receptionist. Additionally, anyone entering the apartment must register with their passport at the reception desk.

- Take into consideration that the location is fantastic, but, as it is near an avenue, there may be noise during your stay (the screens are anti-noise, but may not filter 100%).
