Welcome to The Sunny Catch – your bayfront retreat with 4 BALCONIES AND STUNNING VIEWS. Just STEPS TO THE BEACH AND FERRY, you can FISH RIGHT FROM THE DOCK or paddle the provided KAYAKS. Inside, enjoy a GAME-PACKED FLOOR, cozy living spaces, and SLEEPING FOR 13. Whether you`re grilling, relaxing, or soaking in sunsets, this home delivers fun, comfort, and unforgettable memories.

This spacious bayfront home is thoughtfully laid out across 3 levels, offering a balance of comfort, functionality, and coastal charm. Whether you`re traveling with kids, extended family, or a group of friends, the layout provides both shared gathering spaces and quiet corners to unwind. From playful amenities on the ground floor to the open-concept living area upstairs, the home is designed to meet the needs of larger groups without feeling crowded.

You’ll find plenty of room to spread out, cook meals together, relax with a game night, or sip coffee while taking in the view. Each level has been set up to make your stay smooth and enjoyable—from practical additions like a crib and high chair to fun touches like kayaks and a dartboard. And with direct access to the water, you’ll have the chance to enjoy outdoor activities like fishing and paddling right from the property, no need to pack up or drive anywhere. This is a space that invites you to settle in and make the most of your time by the bay.

The Sunny Catch is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the Bolivar Peninsula. Whether you`re looking for sun, adventure, or a little local flavor, you`re just minutes from it all:

Guests will have access to the entire property including all 3 floors, garage, and private waterfront access for fishing and kayaking right off the property.

Please do not try to access any locked storage rooms (1st story and 2nd story by the elevator).

House Rules:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED, ANY
ATTEMPT TO PARTY WILL RESULT IN A FINE OF $2,000.

NO SMOKE ALLOWED INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY.

EXCESSIVE NOISE AND LOUD MUSIC ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED AT ANy TIME.

DO NOT CONSUME DRINKS OR FOOD IN
TEXTILE AREAS. STAINS ON THE SOFA OR BEDS REQUIRE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING. $100 WILL BE CHARGED TO THE GUEST`S METHOD OF PAYMENT.

DO NOT THROW ANY TRASH, TOWELS, WIPES
ETC. INTO THE TOILET. CLOGGED TOILET WILL HAVE AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $250.

ANY VIOLATION OF THIS RULES WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.

For everyone`s safety and comfort, please follow these guidelines:

- Locked closets, attic, and elevator control room are off-limits.
- Security cameras outside are for everyone`s safety. Please do not tamper with them. Tampering with them or with any electronic equipments will result in cancellation of your stay and additional charges for repairs.
- Cleaning fees are for preparing the house for the next guests. Cleaning fees do NOT cover replacing lost or damage items, or deep cleans. Additional charges may apply if repairs or excessive cleaning are needed.
- The maintenance and cleaning staff keep an inventory of home furnishings. Missing items will be charged at replacement, installation, and trip charge costs. Just let us know if you break something, we understand it happens sometimes.
- Please do NOT flush paper towels, tampons, condoms, wipes, floss-tips or anything else even if they say `flushable` down the drain beside Toilet Paper.
- Please rinse all outdoor activity equipments such as fishing poles, crab traps, and kayaks after use.
Please observe quite time 10pm - 8am per Bolivar Peninsula Ordinance.
- Please make sure all trash is placed in trash bags. Bolivar Trash Company do NOT take the trash unless they are bagged.
- Please shake all towels and clothes OUTSIDE the house before put them in the washer machine. Sand will ruin our Washer and Dryer.
- The elevator will be available upon request only.

Kayaks:
We’re excited to offer kayaks for your enjoyment! To ensure everyone’s safety and care of the equipment, please follow these rules:
- Kayaks are for adult use only (18+).
- Life jackets must be worn at all times while using the kayaks.
- Use of the kayaks is at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur while using them.
- Guests are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of the kayaks or paddles.
- After use, please rinse and return the kayak to the kayak rack in the same condition and position as you found it.

BBQ Use:
- The BBQ grill is for adult use only (18+). Please never leave it unattended while in use.
- Always clean the grill after each use. A grill brush and cleaning supplies are provided.
- Do not use the BBQ during high winds or rainy conditions.
- Be mindful of smoke and avoid placing the grill near walls, furniture, or under any covering.
- A fire extinguisher is located next to the grill in case of an emergency

Balcony Guidelines:
- Children must be supervised at all times on the balconies.
- Please do not hang towels, clothing, or items over the railings.
- Avoid loud music or noise that could disturb neighbors—this is a family-friendly community.
- No smoking is allowed on the balconies or inside the unit.
