The beach home is located just steps away from a neighborhood boardwalk directly to Saco Bay’s 7 miles of pristine sandy beaches. This rental home is the perfect location in Southern Maine to enjoy a picturesque Coastal Maine vacation, the way life should be! ⚓ Beach House Details ⚓
This bright coastal beach house steps from the Boardwalk to 7 miles of sandy beach offers rooms full of natural light, a modern coastal kitchen, a spacious living room, an intimate screened-in porch, and a lush grassy yard! The color tones used throughout the home invite the feeling of a classic coastal retreat with subtle nautical influences. A boardwalk to the beach is located just steps away from the home.

The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a hot/cold outdoor shower. There is 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the home. This cozy beach cottage has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests (including children of all ages). There is a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The modern coastal kitchen features white shaker dovetail cabinets and white quartz countertops. The bright, modern kitchen is thoughtfully designed to make the most of the space and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and ice maker. The kitchen features an eat-in dining table with seating for up to 4.

The living room is bright and airy and includes a 55” smart TV, a chair, and a sectional sofa. The house also boasts an indoor screened-in porch with partial ocean views and additional dining and seating space, perfect for reading or relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the ocean after a long day at the beach.

The home features high ceilings, hardwood flooring, and tile flooring. The living room and bedrooms have original hardwood floors that have been refinished, and the kitchen and bathroom have new tile flooring.

Two mini-split air conditioning units are located in the home, one in each bedroom, along with ceiling fans in each bedroom to help keep the space cool on warmer days.

There is driveway parking for 2 cars, a 55” smart TV with cable and streaming, Wi-Fi, a Weber gas grill, and an outdoor table with seating for 4. The home has a large grassy yard, and a cornhole set (bags & boards) is provided. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen.

A neighborhood boardwalk to the beach is located just steps away at the corner of Outlook Avenue and Oceanside Drive.

A dedicated desk and workspace are being added to support remote work and extended stays.

⚓ What’s Provided ⚓
For your convenience, an initial supply/starter amount of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided in the home! A fresh sponge, a dish towel, hand soap, and laundry detergent are all provided as well. Beach Chairs and select beach accessories are provided for use during your stay including: 5 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, a beach cart /wagon, and children’s beach toys for building sandcastles. A pack and play & a high chair are available as well upon request. Guests may opt for the Linen/Towel Package if they wish for linens and towels to be provided.

⚓ Layout ⚓
☆ The bedrooms do not share a wall.
☆ You enter to the home through the front screened in porch (which features a round dining table and seating for up to 4). The porch leads to the living room. Off of the living room is the primary bedroom (King Bed) and a hallway that leads to the kitchen (with a round table and seating for up to 4) and secondary bedroom (2 twin beds). Off of the kitchen is the full bathroom.

This home is on one level with five stairs to enter and a single step up to the primary bedroom. It is not accessible for guests who use a wheelchair, walker, cane, or need walking assistance due to the stairs.

⚓ Linens ⚓
A gentle reminder that guests are required to bring their own linens (bed sheets) and towels (including both bath and beach) unless they opt for the Linen/Towel Package. The bed sizes in the cottage are as follows: 1 King, 1 Queen (Sleeper Sofa), and 2 Twins. The Linen/Towel Package is $150 and includes everything you will need throughout your stay including: bed sheets for every bed, 5 bath towels, 5 washcloths, 5 beach towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 bath mat. Linen/Towel Package Fee can be added to your booking. Answering a commonly asked question: Guests do not need to wash the Linen & Towel Package upon departure.

🐶 Dog-friendly property! One well-behaved dog under 20 lbs is welcome with prior approval and a $50/night pet fee. Dog weight limit exceptions up to 40 pounds may be made depending on dog breed.

• Dog-friendly Kinney Shores Beach: per Saco City Code 64-8 B (1), all dogs must be leashed and under control April 1 – Sept 30 where piping plovers or least terns nest.
