Just a short stroll from the beach, this cozy retreat is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, or snowbirds looking to experience the best of the Grand Strand.



*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host.

*Only 1 pet up to 50lb allowed. Please contact me for details.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns. or concerns (host prefer to be contacted through Airbnb app chat)

If you have zero standards to where you lay you head to sleep, then this is the place for you! Upon arrival, I knew that I had been sold a dream and delivered a nightmare.To start, you will be parking in a unkempt plot of grass. The grass is cut but there is trash all over the ground. You are also located directly behind a waffle house so you will be serenaded throughout the night by drunks. If you have a seat outside, your view will be of a pool full of stagnant water and what must be a good portion of the homeless community in the area. Be careful using the stairs, they are broken and loose outdoor carpet has been placed over them.Now to the "newly renovated" interior. The first thing you will notice are the holes and damage to the floor, walls stained with unknown splashes of the past, busted doorframe that has been patched up too many times, and no where to sit except on the bed.The bed... The linens, top include the towels" provided" are so stained that a thrift store wouldn't resale them.We immediately contacted the host who sent a maintenance guy with"fresh" linen. These linens were delivered in a trashbag and should have went straight to the dumpster.Due to no vacancies anywhere else, we were forced to live with our purchase decision. So we went to the store and bought all fresh linen.We notified vrbo. Submitted pictures and were given 100 for our next booking through vrbo. They reached out to the host and she refused to make it RIGHT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Disgusting pool area. There is water and limbs in that pool, broken chairs, ect.

I’m extremely disappointed by this review because it contains numerous exaggerations and omits important facts about how the concerns were handled. First, the pool being closed was not a surprise. The listing clearly states that the pool opens on June 1, and this reservation took place before that date. The guest booked the property with full access to the information provided in the listing. Regarding the linens, as soon as the guest contacted me, I immediately sent maintenance with replacement linens. While I understand the guest was not satisfied with the replacements, I did make every effort to address the concern promptly after it was reported. The property is represented accurately in the listing photos, and many of the statements in this review are subjective opinions rather than factual descriptions of the unit. The location, parking area, surroundings, and layout are all visible and disclosed prior to booking. The guest also states that I “refused to make it right,” which is simply not accurate. I responded to concerns, sent assistance to the property, and worked within the platform’s policies. In fact, VRBO independently chose to provide the guest with a credit toward a future booking. While I respect every guest’s right to share their experience, I do not believe this review fairly reflects either the property itself or the efforts made to respond to concerns during the stay.
