Thank you so much, Bruce! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, its modern amenities, the oversized hot tub, and that your group of nine had plenty of space and found everything very clean. I’m sorry for any misunderstanding at check-in. The check-in details were sent the day before your arrival, and when you reached out at 3:55 PM, I just wanted to let you know that our smart lock is programmed to activate at our 4:00 PM check-in time. I’m sorry there was any confusion around the timing. I also apologize for any confusion regarding the thermostat. Guests are welcome to keep the home between 68–72°F during their stay. The request to set the thermostat to 75°F is only part of our checkout instructions. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and taking the time to share your experience. We’d be happy to welcome you and your family back anytime!
