The house is very nice. The stairs to the beach are two houses down. The hot tub is great. The rooms are nice. The upstairs loft area is a great spot to hang out. Bring your DVDs! The views from the deck, and even inside, are amazing. The kitchen has many useful items, but is a little cramped by the sink. Some notes:-The A/C is weak on the main floor. It cools the downstairs well, but the greenhouse effect is too much for it to overcome. It needs to be turned on early.-The dishwasher basket needs to be replaced, and the display on the top is peeling. It also sometimes stopped running after about 20 minutes, but would eventually do a full cycle after we started it again. -The towel rack in the bathroom in the bedroom on the main floor fell off. It didn't look like it was installed correctly.-The washing machine spin cycle was broken, which made it difficult for the dryer.-The area by the hot tub is quite dark. The light on the side of the house near the hot tub doesn't work. Apparently, the neighbors have complained about the light being too bright in the past, but there needs to be light somewhere out there.-The owner seemed stressed about keeping their license, and that stress got passed on to me. Lincoln City is strict on rental rules, but nobody on vacation needs that stress. The house to the right is a rental, and the house to the left might not be, but we only saw people on one of the three days we were there. Never had any issues with neighbors.
