HOME LOCATION

Located on 41st St just a quick walk to the sand you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts and a Bike Path which will jet out onto the beach a few blocks down at 36th.

From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!

Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. (2-15 Minutes by Bike) 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Surfboard/Bike rental shops, Grocery Store, Duffy Boat Rentals, Newport Pier etc. (15-30 Minutes by Bike) Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Boat Docks (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures) Huntington Beach Pier/Pacific City, and much more!

- Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
- Please review and respect all house rules, including noise levels and occupancy limits, both during the day and night.
- High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.
- This home does not provide AC, although this home has no air conditioning you can rent from one of our vendors for $399.
- The property is a duplex home and has a small apartment located above the unit, which is not shown in this advertisement. The patio is not shared; however, tenants share the laundry facilities and half of the garage space.
- You are provided with one parking space in covered carport. Mid-sized vehicles are recommended for ease of access.
- Laundry facilities are shared and located in the garage and is coin operated ($2.25 per Wash & Dry) . Please be courteous and respectful when using the shared laundry area.
- Please expect ambient noise from neighboring homes and beachgoers.
- Per City of Newport Beach regulations, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
