Coastal charm and sunset views await at this 2BR/2BA waterfront condo on Oyster Creek. This bright, second-floor end unit features large windows, an enclosed lanai, and elevator access. Enjoy direct Gulf access via Stump Pass, community docks, a kayak launch, heated pool, and grilling area. Includes A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, Smart TV, and coffeemaker. Condo approval required; fees apply. Pets considered with owner approval. No smoking.
Vacation Rental Rules for Guests
Occupancy Limits
Only the registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. The maximum occupancy limit must be adhered to as stated in the rental agreement.
Minimum Age
The primary renter (guest booking the property) must be at least 18 years old. Some properties may require a higher minimum age (e.g., 25).
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in Time: 4:00 pm
Check-out Time: 11:00 am
Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Noise and Quiet Hours
Please note that the elevator on the property is not available for guest use.
Guests must keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., to avoid disturbing neighbors. No loud parties or gatherings are allowed.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and Vaping are prohibited inside the property, lanai and garage. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in designated receptacles. Minimum charges of $400 apply to smoking or vaping inside a non-smoking residence.
Pets
If pets are allowed at the property and you have obtained approval and paid fee, please ensure that pets are kept on a leash at all times. Guests must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb neighbors.
Pool and Hot Tub Use
Properties with pool and or hot tub use at your own risk. No diving, running, or horseplay. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or hot tub. No glass containers in the pool area.
Parking
Guests must park only in designated parking areas. No parking on lawns, sidewalks, or in spaces not assigned to the property. Any unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
Cleaning and Trash
Guests are responsible for keeping the property tidy during their stay. Trash must be disposed of in the appropriate bins on the property. Follow local recycling guidelines. Guests should remove all personal items and dispose of trash before check-out.
Appliance Use
Appliances and electronics must be used in accordance with the property’s instructions. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse. Turn off all appliances when not in use, including the air conditioning, lights, and kitchen appliances.
Maintenance and Repairs
Guests must promptly report any damages, malfunctions, or maintenance issues to the property manager. Guests may be charged for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Behavior
Guests must behave respectfully and avoid disruptive or illegal activities. No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the property.
Security and Safety
Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share the property’s access code, key, or security information with non-registered guests. Guests should familiarize themselves with the location of fire exits, fire extinguishers, and emergency contact numbers.
Liability
Guests use the property and all amenities at their own risk. The owner and property manager are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages during the stay. Guests must comply with all safety instructions for the pool, hot tub, and other amenities.
Damage or Theft
Guests are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the guest. Any missing or damaged items must be reported immediately to the property manager.
Cancellation Policy
