The studio is located in Pátio Milano, one of the most complete and requested condominiums in the city. As well as being close to Beiramar Shopping, inside the condominium there is a complex with several restaurants and coffee shops.
Guests will have access to a differentiated, modern, organized, well-equipped, excellently located and safe place.
The 40m² property has a QUEEN BED, 55” SMART TV AND SPLIT AC (HOT AND COLD).

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
