Welcome to your dream coastal escape in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida! Our newly renovated bungalow offers a blend of relaxation & adventure. The retreat features a king-size bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, & living room. Enjoy the resort-style heated pool, putting green and recreational turf area & private boat dock with easy access to the bay. Boats and trailers are welcome. Take advantage of one of the few rental locations that provide a free boat dock for renters. Being located on the Bay provides a list of amenities that beachside properties do not. Enjoy the bayou which is perfect for fishing off the dock, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boarding up the scenic river to the Bay. Located 10 mins from the white sandy beaches & 4 mins from dining, shopping, & groceries. This peaceful getaway keeps you close to the action while offering a tranquil oasis to unwind.

it is perfection. truly is the best of both worlds and there is no other property like this in the area. its peaceful and offers a different perspective of the emerald coast, you get to enjoy the bayside and all the amenities of it, while only being a short drive from the beach and all the fun that comes with that. Food and great dining experiences are nearby making it perfect for anything you want to get into
