I really don’t care to comment on how bad the management company is. I wouldn’t have them manage a dog house.

Great location!

This is a great location! The beach access is close by and much less crowded than some of the other locations we’ve stayed along 30A. The property was very comfortable and had all of the things we needed!

Great stay!

We loved staying here! It was clean, comfortable, and about a 5 min walk to the beach. It’s also within walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed reading on the balcony in the evening. Our dogs enjoyed staying here, too!

Beautiful place in a great location

Nicely decorated in a fun beachy theme. Very comfortable and roomy for 4 to 6 people.m, and the entire place was spotless. The pools and jacuzzis were clean and worked well and the covered parking was a nice plus.

Great location on 30A!

Love the town house and the location, very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Short walk to the beach! One thing it needed was a vacuum cleaner, otherwise everything was great!

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful property with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and furniture, easy beach access, and close to Gulf Place and Blue Mountain Beach areas. You can access the bike path right across the street if you bring your own bikes and there is also a bike and golf cart rental place just across the street as well. The beaches in this area and simply beautiful. Perfect week long stay.

Wonderful vacation

Wonderful vacation! The property was beautifully decorated, and it was perfect for our family of 4. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes, and our 6 and 3 year old didn’t have any problem with it. The property was spacious, and we had lots of room for board games and movie nights. We would love to come back!

Awesome beach condo!

The condo was very clean and well put together. The best part was the location of the home, just a 5min walk to the beach and great restaurants. We brought our dog and he absolutely loved it! Very pet friendly area. We also really enjoyed the home’s upstairs balcony, it brought beautiful sunlight. I would stay here again or highly recommend it to anyone else.

Review from small family with kids and pet: Sharing as much info as possible to help make your booking choice as smooth as possible :)Place looked exactly like pictures and was nicer than I anticipated based on previous rental experiences elsewhere. Very nice, safe area with food, shopping, and ice cream within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this location to others. We stayed four nights and we had everything we needed. Host provided enough towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and extra trash bags for our stay. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas in outside storage for use (HUGE PLUS!). The large kitchen has adequate dishes and every possible kitchen gadget you could need. Comfy beds! We enjoyed having pools on property right outside our balcony. Walk to beach was probably 5-8 minutes from house to sand. Although close, the trek back after a long day was a little tiring. Bringing a beach wagon or renting a golf cart isn’t necessary, but would make things a little easier. As another review noted, this unit has stairs to main level and upstairs bedrooms. My family enjoyed the unit layout, but it is important to note.

Thank you, Mary, for sharing such a thoughtful review of your stay with us. We’re thrilled to hear that our home exceeded your expectations and that you found everything you needed for a comfortable family getaway. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the location, with its proximity to food, shopping, and, of course, ice cream! We take pride in providing our guests with all the essentials, from towels to beach gear, so it’s great to hear that you appreciated those little touches. The kitchen is indeed a favorite feature, and we’re glad it had everything you needed to whip up meals during your stay. We understand that the walk back from the beach can be a bit tiring after a long day of fun in the sun, and we appreciate your suggestion about the beach wagon. It’s also helpful for future guests to know about the stairs in the unit. We’d love to welcome you and your family back for another stay in the future. Thank you again for your kind words and for recommending us to others!

Second time coming to this location and nothing has changed! It’s perfect. Located just minutes from the beach and right up the street from some of the best shops in 30A area. Everything is in walking distance. Place feels like a second home when you’re there.

Lovely week at the beach

Property is short walk to beach, heated pool, and hot tub are nice for cooler days. Kitchen has everything needed to cook meals, beds comfortable. We did bring our own n board games, beach towels, beach chairs as place does not have them. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shop. Also bike rentals and golf cart is 5 minutes walk.

Great Quarantine Area

We wanted somewhere kind of off the beaten path to stay away from a lot of people. We loved the condo. We think it was a little longer to beach than 2-5 minutes, but that was ok. If not for Covid 19 we would have loved walking to restaurants and ice cream, will check that out next time.

In these days of unprecedented chaos, our vacation was bittersweet. Filled with family, dog & fear!

This property was perfectly located near the beach and amenities . The 2 pools gave us relief from the sand and the convenient gas grills helped us keep dinners at home when the virus shut down the restaurants. The condo did have 3 flights of stairs for those that don’t handle those well. The frying pans could use updating as everything sticks! Otherwise, notwithstanding that Coronavirus, all went well! Stay safe and let’s beat this thing!
