Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the easy beach access and found the home spotlessly clean — those are two things we take great pride in. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another seaside getaway soon!

Thank you, Jenna! We’re happy to hear you had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed the beach and resort amenities. We’d love to host you again soon!

Thank you for coming back and for the great feedback! We're glad the new mattresses added to your comfort and that you continue to enjoy the location and family-friendly atmosphere. We can’t wait to welcome you again next year!

We're so glad to hear your trip was such a memorable one! It sounds like the home struck just the right balance for your group of 11 — close enough to the beach for easy access, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet downtime. We love that you took advantage of the bike-friendly area and the nearby shops and restaurants, and that a Charleston day trip rounded out the week perfectly. Hosting two families with seven kids is no small feat, and it's wonderful to know the space worked beautifully for everyone. We'd be delighted to welcome you back whenever the next beach getaway calls!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the weather didn’t cooperate during your stay — we know how disappointing that can be when you’re looking forward to time at the beach and pool. While the ocean view can vary depending on the unit’s location, we appreciate your note and will review the listing details to ensure they remain accurate. We hope the rest of your stay was comfortable and that we can welcome you back under sunnier skies next time.

We appreciate your feedback, Mark! We’re glad our team was able to assist you quickly and ensure everything went smoothly during your stay. If there’s anything we can do to make your next visit even better, just let us know—we’d love to welcome you back!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Marie. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful weather and the great location of Wild Dunes—it’s truly a special place. We understand your frustration regarding the limited access to certain amenities. Wild Dunes has made some changes in recent years regarding amenity access, and unfortunately, these decisions are outside of our control. That said, we completely agree that transparency is important, and we’re actively working to make sure our listings clearly reflect which amenities are included with each home. We appreciate your continued visits to IOP and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
