PARKING: Four vehicles can park in the driveway, with two additional street parking spaces in front of the home.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We want you to have a comfortable stay while also being respectful of our home and neighbors. The booking guest is responsible for ensuring everyone in the group follows these rules.

GUEST COUNT & PRICING:
Our nightly base rate includes up to 6 registered guests. To help cover the additional utilities, supplies, cleaning and normal wear associated with larger groups, guests 7–10 are subject to an additional per-person, per-night fee.

Please make sure your reservation reflects the total number of guests, including children. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been provided.

AIR MATTRESS:
An air mattress and linens are included for reservations with 9 or 10 registered guests. For groups of fewer than 9 who would like to use the air mattress, there is a $40 fee.

PARTIES & EVENTS:
Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted at any time.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, a $500 rule-violation fee and reporting to the booking platform.

QUIET HOURS:
City quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM. This is a residential neighborhood, and noise must not disturb our neighbors. Guests may be contacted if noise becomes excessive. Parties or serious/repeated noise violations may result in termination of the stay.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and garage/driveway for property security and to verify occupancy and compliance with house rules. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

POOL:
The pool is not heated and is professionally serviced once a week. Weather, wind and surrounding trees may occasionally cause leaves or debris to enter the pool between cleanings. A pool net and brush are provided for guest use.

SMOKING:
Smoking, vaping and electronic cigarettes are not permitted inside the home. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.

PETS:
Pets are not permitted. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.

CHECK-IN / DOOR ACCESS:
Your unique door code will be provided the morning of your arrival. Guests can check themselves in using the keypad, and the code is changed between stays.

CANDLES:
Please do not burn candles or incense inside the home.

PROPERTY CARE:
The booking guest is responsible for the property during the stay. Please let us know promptly about any damage, broken items or stains, and please do not rearrange furniture.

LIABILITY:
Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during their stay.

By booking the home, the reservation holder agrees to these house rules and is responsible for making sure everyone in the group is aware of them.
