Amazing view, quiet &relaxing location. Pool was incredible, spacious, lighted until 10 pm. The grills were a great treat. Staff was kind and attentive. Already planning to return

Great location. And easy access to the beach and pool. There are no cleaning supplies or many towels. Be prepared to get supplies you need for the week like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. also bring extra towels. Clean room and condominium. Great pool and hot tub. Extra ice machine but the one in the fridge didn’t work. We cooked in the room a lot. Gas grills. Hard to park with a bigger vehicle. The mat out to the beach is nice.

Really loved our stay! The condo was clean, quiet, spacious and perfect for our family with two adults and two teen girls. The pool is awesome and I love that there are areas of shade for those of us that burn easily. The beach was clean and not crowded at all, but I imagine the weather/double red flag situation affected that some. The only thing I would change is the bathrooms-both are in need of a redo. Cabinets are old and worn and the tiny master shower was frustrating. Personally I would remove the jetted tub and replace it with a large walk-in shower. However, that said, we would still stay there again in the future.

Great location, wonderful pool and right on the beach. The condo floors were dirty when we arrived, the front toilet wobbles and you have to be very careful when you sit down. We arrived at 1130pm and the keys did not work. The security at the condo was amazing helping us get in but very frustrating they did not work. I even called to confirm there would be issues since we were arriving late. The patio has an amazing view but the greenery hues the view. Either it needs to be cleaned up or they need a taller table so the view can be enjoyed. The outside light does not work at the front door. This unit needs a little TLC but great layout and wonderful overall property.

Overall this was a good condo for the price we paid. It does need some upgrades. TVs, mattresses and living room furniture are very outdated and need to be replaced. Mattresses were fairly comfortable but very noisy. The sofa and chairs are pretty worn and they did have an odor. They need to be cleaned if not replaced. Bathrooms were functional and the master bathtub was wonderful but they could use some updates as well. It would be better if the balcony had some tall chairs to be able to see the gulf without the railing and tall plants blocking the view. Also a fan of some sort on the balcony would be very useful as well. I would gladly pay a little more for this condo if it were updated but again overall it was a good place to stay.

Upon receiving my condo keys none of them worked. So security let me in to the condo. Said he would fix keys and return them. He never returned them. Said he could get in touch with the host. So I couldn't access the pool. The beach. The room or get in and out of the parking. Security let me in was offered keys when we returned from fishing but that was late the night before check out. Kinda pointless. Very disappointed and unhappy with whole experience.

Actions we are taking now: - Open a priority investigation into the key/lock failure and why security did not return working keys; we will review security incident reports and building entry logs. - Schedule a locksmith visit to repair or replace the locks and keys and verify the new keys work properly. - Review our check‑in and security‑handoff procedures to identify where communication broke down and implement corrective training or process changes. - Confirm access procedures for the pool, beach, and parking so future guests aren’t prevented from using amenities. - Review your stay for appropriate compensation and next steps. First, thanks for the bday bag very thoughtful, the starter boxes were very awesome! Now the property itself was very hilly and unsuitable for someone with back issues. Booking and then being told pool closed not good. Indoor pool hot tub jets don’t work and had roaches. Rm 408 had only one decent piece of furniture and that was the bed, everything else was sub par and we paid too much money to stay at Eden
