We had a great stay in this lovely, quiet corner unit at phoenix east. The beach view was beautiful and the corner balcony had a constant, pleasant breeze.

Nice clean room, beautiful views, awesome pools. Only downside was most restaurants and shops were at least a mile away.

There was some construction going on around the building but it was completed during our stay. We also had to have a replacement refrigerator, but it was taken care of quickly.

Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad the refrigerator replacement was handled quickly and that the construction was completed during your stay. I’m sorry for the inconvenience the construction caused. These are usually controlled by the Condo association but we can improve our communications regarding it when we are aware it is happening. If you’d like to share any additional details so we can follow up with the owner, please message us through Vrbo. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Excellent communication with property management. Super easy check in process. Great location in building. High enough for a great view but not too high. Very comfortable beds. Didn't use the sleeper sofa so we can't speak to that. Minor plumbing problem first day was corrected by maintenance team within a couple of hours. All major appliances were in great working order. Appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. Ample supply of tableware and kitchen utensils. Overall a great stay with the grandchildren.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with beautiful views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunsets each evening made the trip even more relaxing. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was plenty of space for our family. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel more like a home than a rental. The property itself was quiet, well cared for, and conveniently located near great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We never had to drive far for anything.Overall, this was one of our favorite beach vacations, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautiful place to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway!
