Phoenix East 401: Luxury Beachfront 3 bed/2 bath condo sleeps 10 and is directly on the beach with resort indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, basketball courts, beach volleyball, and fitness center.

We’re here to help throughout your stay! Feel free to reach out through messaging, text, or phone if you need anything.

Phoenix East is located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, known for its white-sand beaches and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Orange Beach offers the perfect mix of beach relaxation, outdoor adventure, and waterfront dining.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo during their stay, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet.
You’ll also have access to the Phoenix East resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and sports courts.
Parking passes are required and can be purchased at the building’s front desk upon arrival. The current fee is $65 per vehicle per stay (set by the HOA and subject to change).

Phoenix East is conveniently located along Perdido Beach Boulevard, making it easy to explore Orange Beach and nearby Gulf Shores. Most guests travel by car, though Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Many popular restaurants, attractions, and beach activities are just a short drive away. Bike rentals are also available nearby and provide access to the scenic Gulf State Park trail system.

The condo is professionally cleaned and prepared prior to each stay. All linens and bedding are freshly cleaned to ensure a comfortable experience for every guest.

Please note:
• This is a non-smoking unit
• Pets are not permitted (service animals allowed per ADA guidelines)
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book

If you’re looking for a great place to stay with the family, this place is it! It has it all! The view from the balcony, everything you need to make a quick breakfast or big dinner for your family! The games, the room, the linens…this place did not disappoint! We were comfortable and had a blast! We placed a quick grocery order from Walmart and it was delivered right to the door! We ordered pizza one night and it has a breeze! I highly recommend this place as Stephanie was a fantastic host!

We enjoyed our stay at Pheonix East 401 so much. We had a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and the layout of the condo gave everyone enough room to have their own space, but also the ability to come together and enjoy family time in the common areas. The condo was clean, well-kept, and decorated beautifully. Every convenience we could have wanted was available — beach gear, games and puzzles, BIG coffee mugs (coffee lover here!) and even throw blankets for cozying up on the couch. The view from the balcony was terrific, and we enjoyed watching the dolphins jump and boats pass frequently in the water. The amenities at the complex were perfect for our family, with both the pools and the splash pad used daily, and a couple of friendly games of pickleball and shuffleboard played by the family. One of us even enjoyed using the fitness center (though the rest of us took vacation seriously and relaxed). The complex was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Stephanie was a wonderful hostess, answering questions and checking in with us to make sure everything was going okay during our stay. We could not have asked for a better place for our family beach vacation!

My family and I are from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and we purchased this condo with one simple hope — to create a place where families and friends can come together, rest deeply, and refocus on what truly matters.

I believe time is our most valuable asset. For us, it often takes stepping away from the busyness of everyday life to slow down and reconnect.

We’ve thoughtfully renovated the entire space to make it feel both comfortable and luxurious — a place that feels special, yet completely livable.

If I’m being honest… I’m moderately high-maintenance. 😌 And when we were looking in Orange Beach, Phoenix East simply checked every box.

Here’s why this specific unit made sense for us:

1. True, Direct Gulf Front
Not side view. Not angled. Not “peek-a-boo.”
A full, direct beachfront balcony where you hear the waves and see nothing but water. That view alone changes your entire stay.

2. The Amenities Matter
Indoor pool. Outdoor pool. Tennis courts. Fitness room. Easy beach access. When you’re bringing families together, having options on-site is huge — especially if weather shifts.

3. Close to Everything (But Not in the Chaos)
It’s close to restaurants, grocery stores, and activities — but it still feels peaceful once you’re inside. That balance is hard to find.

4. Affordable Luxury
It gives that elevated, well-maintained feel without being over-the-top priced. As someone who values both experience and smart investment decisions, that mattered.

Comfortable. Clean. Directly on the water. All the amenities.
