This was our second time staying at this beautiful venue and we look forward to many more visits. Angela is a wonderful host, who has thought of every detail to make the casita feel like a home away from home.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. We hosted a small dinner party our first night there and it was perfect for it. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to be back soon!

An absolute gem! This casita was the perfect blend of style and comfort - beautifully designed, spotless, and felt completely new. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the setting was peaceful and charming. We left already wanting to come back - easily one of our favorite stays!

This was such a stunning & comfortable home! We were there for a girls' weekend and we especially enjoyed the beautiful patio and fireplace area for dining. The delicious charcuterie board and wine left for us were such a treat to enjoy upon arrival. The location was convenient to drive into SLO or Pismo, but in a rural setting so we felt like we were truly "away". We would definitely love to return!

Our stay in Arroyo Grande was the perfect retreat for our girls' weekend getaway! The house was clean, beautiful, and the front yard with the fire pit was a wonderful space for relaxing, connecting, and catching up. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcomed us with a sweet note, a charcuterie spread, and a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch.My only note is that the property is on a shared lot, with parking directly in front of the neighboring home's garage. We initially thought it was a standalone property, so that caught us a bit off guard and felt slightly uncomfortable at first. However, once we settled in, it wasn't an issue, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.We would absolutely recommend this home to friends and would happily book it again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

What a wonderful place!!Close to town and shopping. Rural setting with great view. Comfortable and clean. This was a short getaway and the time was relaxing and it made it possible for us to unwind. There was some booking issues as we added another day after the original booking. It was not the hosts issue, but Angela worked through it with VRBO and made it all work. Very private location as the guest house is on a large property. It is nestled in close to the main house, but is situated in a way to give privacy. Tastefully decorated interior and an outdoor patio area that made for great sunset wine time with help from a host gift of a cheese board. And visits from a friendly outside cat in the evening and some deer in the morning.Definitely want to go back.

Our stay at this VRBO was amazing from start to finish. The home was stunning, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The location was perfect, and the host was extremely responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed for a relaxing, stress-free getaway.I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect relaxing getaway

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home and can’t recommend it highly enough. The property is exquisitely decorated, with every detail thoughtfully curated, so it truly felt more like staying at a friend’s beautifully designed home than a typical rental.The location, perched atop a peaceful hillside, offered stunning views and a sense of total relaxation. It was the perfect place to unwind. The linens and mattresses were on par with a high-end hotel, which made for incredibly comfortable nights.We also really appreciated the many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our stay feel special and welcoming. The gourmet kitchen was fantastic; we only wish we had more time to take full advantage of it and cook a proper meal.Angela was a fantastic host—professional, responsive, and clear with all check-in and check-out instructions, which made everything seamless.We would absolutely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Thank you for an unforgettable stay Angela our amazing host. The house was exactly as it was described and more!! The host was communicative in all aspects. The Casita was perfect approximety to beaches and wineries. House itself was immaculate and the host was gracious to provide us with snacks and a welcome cheese board and wine! We loved the beautiful view from the Casita and how peaceful and quiet it was. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you again Angela.

What a wonderful surprise! The images in the VRBO description do not give the home justice. A beautiful get away home on the top of the hill with a magnificent view. Lots of love, thought, and creativity went to the design of this location. Classical European interpretation with modern amenities. Two very spacious bedrooms that share in oversized bathroom with a soaking tub and extra large shower. The kitchen comes with every possible convenience you would have at your own home. The host even welcomes you with a special welcoming treat. Enjoy a lovely evening sunset in front of the outdoor fireplace with a bottle of wine and friends. The host lives on the property and is available at all times if you need help. The location is deep enough into the hills to feel you are miles from anywhere; however, it’s only a 5 minute drive to and from Arroyo Grande’s historic downtown village, and only 10 minutes from multiple wineries to visit. Do not hesitate and book this home immediately!

Jason and Angela have a wonderfully peaceful casita which served perfectly for a romantic getaway weekend. Hosts were communicative and helpful when asked for suggestions. The design of the casita is gorgeous, and we had want for nothing except I wish I brougjt downfree blankets and pillows--all supplied comforters and pillows in both bedrooms were feather filled which a lot of people enjoy--my immune system just does not abide. Clear days provide ocean views from the lovely outdoor dining table. Coffee station was excellently supplied, and we were very touched by the warm welcome note left for us. Downtown historic arroyo grande is a short drive away and has ample public parking. We enjoyed the farmers market as well as Ember restaurant, Klondike Pizza, and Mule coffee and pastries. Highly recommend staying here for relaxation.

I chose this property for the "home base" for my wedding weekend and to host a family brunch because it looked gorgeous in the pictures, and boy I was not wrong! It took us a little while to figure out which house it was, it turned out to be the guest house of the main address, and we weren't sure where to park because we hadn't found the right directions in the app yet but we got there! It was like being the king of the hill in Tuscany, the kind of house you only dream of. Sky high ceilings, a view for days, designer kitchen appliances integrated into the cabinetry, expansive bathroom, and fluffy beds. There is no catfish effect here, we were in awe from the first moment. If that weren't enough, the hosts were extremely communicative and generous beyond belief, leaving a kind and thoughtful gift in the fridge of a modest charcuterie spread and bottle of wine! They were also flexible on parking space and checkin/out times, which was a huge blessing because most of our guests were from out of state. We could not have asked for a better experience staying in this house and we would love it if we were able to come back every year

This was the perfect stay. The casita is architecturally beautiful and the host left such sweet touches for us. We were a group of 5 women and each of us would absolutely love to come back. The backyard had a lovely view and it was the perfect spot for hanging out. The kitchen had all amenities needed and it worked well for all of us to make meals together. For a wine tasting trip, I could not think of a better location and experience.

Highly recommend! 10 minute drive to Pismo or the local wineries. The home and view are beautiful and the beds are super comfortable! We enjoyed the view and using the outdoor fireplace. Hosts are so responsive and kind leaving us a welcome note and snacks.
