Less than 2 minutes from Rough River Dam national Park and boat ramp where you can depart for your fishing trip or relax by the lake and unwind. Close by shops and restaurants.. *Access and Accessibility: The main entrance for our lake house is on the water side of the home. An alternate entry, providing improved accessibility, can be made from the side of the house using the gently sloped ramp to the back deck and then through the screened porch. The porch door can be unlocked from the inside of the house.

•Water Access: Enjoy easy access to the water from the backyard. Kayaks and life jackets are provided for guest use (at their own risk). There is also a public boat ramp less than 1/4 mile from the house. Whether you’re bringing your boat or simply enjoying the peaceful lakefront setting, this convenience will enhance your experience..

-The house is located in a natural outdoor country by the lake setting and occasional bugs are an unavoidable part of that environment even with regular professional treatment and thorough cleaning.

-Pets are NOT allowed!

- Rough River lake's water level is controlled
by the army corps of engineer and mother
nature. So lake access and activities may
be limited in the winter compared to the
Summer, Fall and Spring.

- There are exterior cameras installed
outside.
