The Best!

We loved staying here! It was spacious, immaculate, super-stocked with everything we could possibly need, had a cozy screened porch plus an open-air porch, and was overall just lovely.

Great location and many thoughtful touches

I had a wonderful weekend at this Kingwood Condo. It's a convenient location and a pleasant, clean place. I loved the porch and watching hummingbirds. There are many touches provided at this condo to make one feel at home. I've been to Clayton, GA many times and find this area a nice, serene place while also convenient to town. And Bull Sluice Beach, one of my favorite quiet places to visit, is very close.

Wedding week stay at the Condo

We had a wonderful stay! The place is immaculate, roomy, cozy and so warm and welcoming! Our family was there for our son's wedding and it was such a special time! We enjoyed the view and the outside porch area. Will definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Weekend getaway

Great place for a view nights getaway. A little dated but still nice and super well equipped. Right on the golf course and just a short drive to downtown.

Quiet location with the comforts of home

This condo is conveniently located just outside of Clayton. It was very comfortable and cosy with the fireplace. Although we did not cook, the kitchen had everything. The king bed is super comfortable. The owner was very responsive. We will stay here again on future trips.

Perfect location

Nice condo located on the golf course. Laid back atmosphere with nice amenities. We went to a wine tasting at the club restaurant after a day of hiking. A local musician was performing. Clayton is a cute town with great food choices. Laura gave us great recommendations on food, hiking, shopping, and places to visit. Wonderful visit and will definitely return.

Perfection

The condo is just as advertised, even better. The minute we arrived we were being welcomed in to a charming, warm, well decorated home. Not the sterile places so often available. It would accommodate two couples easily. The porches are lovely, although it was too cold for us to enjoy. It is a GREAT place to relax and rewind, overlooking the golf course. Clayton is a neat little town and is close to many other small towns around for some great exploring. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again soon.

Wonderful Resort Condo!

Vacationed for five days in Clayton, Georgia to experience all the outdoor adventure and beauty this area offers. Looked at many properties while planning the trip and was so happy to find this gem. The condo is clean, conveniently located and very spacious! The condo is just as impressive as the photos. The owner has really outdone herself as every home amenity you could want/need is available inside this unit. We also enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor patio. Laura was such a friendly and welcoming host. She quickly responded to any questions we had and also recommended many areas for us to hike and raft as well as restaurants and shops to visit. Her suggestions were extremely helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable. Our vacation in Clayton was awesome and staying here was the cherry on top!! Five stars and highly recommend.

Alot of "stuff'" and no storage in bedroom and kitchen. I have stayed at another condo at Kingwood that was more comfortable. I could not reach the owner, the mail box was full.

Hi Beth, we're sorry that this condo did not exceed your expectations. The homeowner is accustomed to providing five-star stays and was disappointed to see your review. She assured us that she works hard to ensure a clean and comfortable space for all guests and does all she can to make each stay special.
