Conveniently located just 9 miles from Downtown Cleveland, you’ll have easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions.

Each unit features a warm and inviting living room with sectional sofas (one with a sofa bed), wall-mounted Smart TVs, and open layouts leading to dining areas. Fully equipped kitchens with quality appliances, cookware, dishwashers, and bar or table seating make cooking and gathering simple and enjoyable.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Unit 1: 2 upstairs bedrooms – 1 king with Smart TV, desk, and workspace; 1 queen with ample storage. Plus a sofa bed in the living room.
Unit 2: 2 upstairs bedrooms – 1 king with Smart TV; 1 queen.
Bathrooms: Each unit includes a full bathroom upstairs with a tub/shower combo. Both basements include convenient half baths.
Bonus Rooms & Laundry
Both units feature finished basements with bonus spaces—perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or watching TV. Each side also includes a washer and dryer for your use.
Outdoor Spaces

No mini waste:
Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
Grill Use:
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
Pets:
Max 2 dogs (with charge)
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional charge
Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay.
Undisclosed pets may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You may also be held responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused.

Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.
If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.
Use beach towels, not bath towels.

No diving or jumping
No food or drink in the tub
No glass in or near the hot tub
Keep the hot tub clean and clear
Respect neighbors – keep noise down
No smoking in the hot tub
Turn off the jets after use
Always cover the hot tub after use
No pets in the hot tub
Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.
