No blinds on the patio doors or widow to street. Overall great view and location for a couple staying in key west!

Awesome trip. Great location and accommodations. I highly recommended renting bikes to get around the island.

The view was spectacular. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning and watching the water activities during the day. The layout of the studio condo was very comfortable and spacious.

The room furniture was dated, but exceptionally clean (especially the floor). The host/ management company was very nice and responsive. Some seaweed was washing up on the shore where the tiki hut is located. I called them to ask if they could have the seaweed removed so we could utilize the area and someone came out the next morning. The balcony is fantastic. The unit is also very sound proof. We could not hear the planes and helicopters in the area. Parking is on the street. There are some free parking spots on Steven Ave. There is also a small parking lot next door, but I did not ask if we could park there because we had already parked on Steven Ave. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor right by the front door. This is a 3 story walk up. There are no blinds on the windows so bring eye masks unless you get up when the sun rises. They supply a 4-panel wooden screen that you can move around to block the sun coming in through the sliding doors. We put a sheet over it to get extra coverage. We would return to this unit mostly based on the view, the management response and cleanliness.

The view says it all with this condo. Everything was so nice and our needs were met. My husband and I are not fit people, the stairs up to the condo was made only worth it for that view. I could sit out on that deck and never tire of the view. There is no parking on site but that seems to be common in Key West. We were able to park next door at a park with no problems so really that was no issue. I hope to be able to return someday.

The unit itself was nice but there are a few things to consider before your trip …45 steps up a narrow stairwell are not fun after a day of enjoying yourself on a sandbar!The balcony was amazing but the little black bugs that bite you if you attempt to sit outside were no fun. Make sure you understand the time of year when dead seaweed will fill the beach … not only can you not sit on the beach or access the water, the smell (even on the third floor) is strong.The unit was clean and waking up to see the ocean was very nice. It was just an ordeal to carry everything up and down the stairs and to walk to the park next door to access our car because there is no parking. I imagine at a busier time of year, you may have to park even further away.There are some things that may not be controlled by the host like the baby lizard in the bathroom (it’s Florida and they are everywhere) or being located right between sunrise and sunset so you cannot see either from the balcony. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. Just make sure you research before your trip.

The location was beautiful and the room, amenities and the view from the balcony were exactly as depicted in the pictures. The stay was very comfortable and private. We met the groundskeeper Eric who was also very nice and welcoming.

Beautiful stay
