Wonderful stay in Malibu! The property was very clean, conveniently located, and the host was exceptionally professional and communicative. There was construction nearby, but it wasn’t an issue once we were inside—the crashing waves completely overpowered the noise and created a serene atmosphere. Parking off PCH can be tricky, especially for larger vehicles, though our small Acura SUV fit without issue. We had a great experience and would gladly stay again.

We had a great stay at this location. Perfect views and sounds of the ocean. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful place, very comfortable, clean, and host was available when needed. Lots of extra parking on PCH.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront home! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and very quick to respond whenever we had a question, which made our stay that much more enjoyable.The oceanfront setting was absolutely amazing, and one of the unexpected highlights was getting to see dolphins and even sea otters right from the property! We definitely weren’t expecting that, and it made the experience even more memorable.We truly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the hospitality. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend this home to others. Five stars!

I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you get and better.

The view of the ocean was amazing. The host was very responsive and accommodating. My only complaint is the lower deck is not usable. Very dark down there and not appealing like the pictures indicate. The crime tape made it look even more creepy. There is a lot of rust damage as well to the outside steps and patios. However I would definitely go back because you can’t beat the sound of those waves crashing at night. Overall we had a great stay.

It’s a beautiful house and a gorgeous view . It is however, not beachfront. You can not access the beach. It’s only giant jagged rocks. I asked several times many questions( i never got an answer on if there was a beach )I asked , is there a barbecue, is it on the beach? Is there a beach? Can we access the beach? Do they have paddle boards? They do not have a barbecue. There are no paddle boards and there’s no beach access. (You can read the rocks but not able to walk on them. ) It’s kind of like living on a boat, beautiful to be on the ocean but a vision of being at the beach and walking out of your house in the morning and walking on a beach is not possible. There are two nice decks to sit on . No speaker or sound system. No way to play music . Parking was an issue . I got a 78 parking ticket for parking in front of the house. There’s only room for a tiny car in the tiny garage at a smaller suv in the carport. They are beginning construction next door to build a restaurant. So mid week will be busy with construction. There are no blinds on the windows so you will wake with the sunlight. Bring a sleep mask. It is a beautiful place and sleeps eight comfortably. Just not a Beach House.
