So peaceful!

Loved this place! Loved the ground floor access to the beach and pool! Always had beach chairs available to lounge on. Loved the dock access for boating excursions. Beds were very comfortable and having basic kitchen supplies was very helpful. Loved the short walk to starfish point. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice home with all the Ameneties.

Very clean and we’ll appointed. Nice view of the water. Great pool and hot tub. The location was nice. The screened in purchase was great.

Great location for relaxing stay

Property is great. Walk right out onto the sandy beach. Pool is steps away. The ocean in front of condo has a good bit of seagrass, but Starfish Point has a great beach within walking distance and Rum Point is about a mile away. Definitely a great location for relaxation.

Fantastic - Relaxing

Wonderful spot. Place was clean. Grocery delivery. Restaurant next door. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation to disconnect - this is it.

Had an absolutely perfect week. Condo was directly on the beach and had everything we could have needed! Would go back tomorrow if we could!! Truly amazing. Thank you!

Kaibo Condo Phase II

The condo, property and location where great. We took two steps out of the lanai door and was on the sand beach. Common furniture on the beach included lounge chairs, tables, hammocks and sun shelters for common use. All in very good condition. The pool was also great. Having the restaurant/bar next door was convenient. Noise was not a problem from the bar but one sure has to get use to the roosters crowing incessantly. We would return if the opportunity arises.

People with kids took over pool area and allowed toddlers to dominate the pool area while all the while screaming and crying!!! Bad manners Water stinked in the bay. Furniture was well worn.

The area is family friendly and as any location you can’t control the manners of people who are present at any given time. The water in the bay is always very clear and we have never experienced the stink you referred to. The furniture in our condo is all brand new in the last 3 years. We bedroom furniture has a distressed wood finish but is brand new and purposely designed that way. Perhaps you are referring to some beach chairs that are worn. The condo complex has ordered a new set of beach chairs to replace the old ones.

Slice of Heaven

This location was amazing in so many ways. From the ease of entry through the front door to ease of access from the lanai right onto the sand to ease of access to the pool literally steps away was as good as it gets, no stairs, no lugging bags through a maze. Every morning my wife and I would sit on the lanai, take in the beautiful views and soak in the serenity. The comfort of the unit felt like home away from home. Having access to the extras like bikes, paddle board, beach toys made it that much better. To add, the neighborhood was great for walks with the family. Proximity to Starfish Point (literally walking distance), and Rum Point (mins by car) couldn’t have been better. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay here and will be back to enjoy this little slice of heaven again.

Amazing Accomodations!

The condo was beautiful inside and out! My family and I enjoyed our stay and rate this place a perfect 10! We enjoyed being close to many tourist spots but away from the hustle of Seven Mile Beach. Every night we walked to Starfish Point to watch the beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed eating at Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill adjacent to the condo. We arranged a deep sea fishing charter and the captain was able to dock at the Kaibo Yatch Club also adjacent to the condo. A great day on the water where my husband and son caught a 55lb Wahoo. We loved the convenience of having a kitchen in order to prepare some of the fish they caught! Everyone we met at the condo were so friendly and nice to talk to. Lying on the hammocks watching the boats on the water was so peaceful. We definitely plan to return in the future! Thank you for your hospitality! Kind Regards, Laurie

R&R In an Idyllic Setting

Everything we needed for the perfect relaxing vacation. The condo was impeccably clean, well-kept and had everything we needed...and then some! We loved that there were extras like the paddle board, bikes, and beach stuff (though we mostly opted to lounge in the beachside hammocks and at the pool and hot tub!) The area is very quiet. Nice to have the coffee shop and restaurant just steps away. Grocery is only about a seven-minute drive, and I was told they also deliver! We just stopped and picked up what we needed when we were out on mini road trips. My only recommendation ... and this is one that the entire condo complex needs to work on... is there seemed to be a bit of a shortage of lounges and chairs around the pool and beach area. Not a problem for us because we were happy to use the hammocks or just lounge in the pool itself. But you could tell there was some competition for the best seats in the house! Overall, this was an amazingly relaxing, rejuvenating vacation...everything we were hoping for, with accommodations that certainly exceeded our needs and expectations! We'll be back...

Amazing Time

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. It was very well equipped and the location by the pool and beach was amazing. This area of Cayman has an amazing neighborhood feel where we could relax away from the cruise ship crowds.

Everything was better than advertised! Rum point is a little far from shopping and night life (45min) but if you’re wanting to relax away from crowds like us, this is the place

Flawless rental and location

We tried to book late at night the day BEFORE we arrived. Owner said she would need more time for cleaning before she could rent it. We asked to book it for two days later and we’d find a hotel for one night. When we landed, she had hustled to have the unit ready for us THAT DAY!!! That was just the beginning of a great vacation. The owners were accommodating and quick with responses. The unit is VERY nicely updated and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect. If you’re looking for partying all night long, you may want to look at 7 mile beach. If you’re looking for a family friendly beach and pool, close to many of GC’s attractions and tourist spots, this is it. The yacht club next door is perfect for a nice, but casual dinner and a couple drinks (try the coconut crusted fish with the curry sauce.....SO good!!!). . We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Fabulous 'Get Away from it All'

We stayed in the condo for 2 weeks and it was fabulous! It is everything described, and more. Definitely get a rental so you can explore other parts of the island, as this location is more remote-exactly why we chose it. Rented kayaks from property manager for much less than next door. Couldn't be more pleased with the property and would return in a heartbeat!

Great place, great time!

The unit itself is in superb condition. It was extremely clean (as was the condo complex) and had everything we possibly needed. We also got very lucky in that it seemed to be an off-week so we practically had the complex to ourselves. The restaurant next door was great - we didn't make reservations for the beach BBQ and didn't realize how busy it got with the boats coming in, so unfortunately couldn't sit on the beach that night. The area as a whole is great, and had a great time travelling around the area most days. We'll definitely be vacationing in the Caymans again and will hopefully be able to book this again.

A wonderful private beach and beautiful condo.

The condo is large and very comfortable. Having private beach access in a few steps makes this a gem. The owners more than deliver on their description and we will most certainly stay there again.

Great Location

The place was clean and updated. The location is great so close to Yacht Club, Rum Point. And water taxi to get back and forth to Camano Bay. The beach just outside the condo was a great relaxation spot to start and end our days!

Great Spot

We rented this unit for 4 days and had a lovely time at Kaibo. The pool and beach are literally a stones throw from the unit and our kids loved playing at both. The real gem for us was being a 10 minute walk on a quiet road to Starfish Point. A great spot for families with toddlers and young children. The water is calm and is a great place to learn to use a snorkel and mask...not to mention see Starfish!! (Tip: Go early in the morning to avoid the crowds). The condo was great spacious two bedroom that was well equipped (especially the cooler for excursions). We used the beach toys and borrowed snorkels and fins.. the bikes looked nice, but the kids bikes were just a bit to big for my little guys, so we feel have to come back next time to use them. We had a few small issues but Barbara was quick to resolve them and the owners were quick and helpful to respond to questions. Kaibo itself is a bit remote (which we really liked), with the nearest full grocery store being quite a drive, but that wasn't an issue if you planned accordingly or minded a 30-40 minute drive.
