House Rules Important Information
Dog Policy: This home may allow dogs with pre-approval. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fine.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside will incur a $250 fine.
Lost Items: Return requests incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
Extended Stays (21+ days): Additional $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually added post-booking.
Early Check-In: Standard check-in is 4 PM. Guests may request early check-in the day before or day of arrival. If approved, $15/hour for each hour before 4 PM.
Late Check-Out: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Guests must request late check-out the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour for each hour after 10 AM.
Unapproved Late Check-Out: $50 fine.
Pool Rules Notes
Guests may NOT tamper with pool equipment, including adjusting temperature or spa settings. Damage caused by doing so may incur additional charges.
Maintenance: Pool must be serviced twice weekly. Please do not be alarmed if pool technicians arrive during your stay.
