Welcome to our lovely townhouse in Vista Cay recently Fully renovated (08/01/2025), without a doubt the best location in all Orlando!

Sleeping 08 comfortably. 3.5 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.



The Space:

The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 75" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 8. while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal

BED & BATH

There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a ½ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the principle King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens Also a 2nd bedroom with 1 Full Bed and Twin Bunk bed with en-suite bathroom, On the 1st floor is 3rd bedroom with 1 King bed and en-suite bathroom and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away.

GAME ROOM

On the first floor we have a Super Mario Theme Game room



Getting Around:

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and to the new Theme park Epic Universe only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

It’s rare to find a 3-bedroom unit with 3 separate bathrooms, so that was a big plus for our stay. The unit was very clean and recently renovated, with modern finishes that made everything feel fresh and comfortable.The Super Mario–themed bedroom is fantastic if you have a Mario fan in the family, and the Super Mario game room shows great attention to detail. It’s a really fun space to hang out and adds a lot of character to the property.The location is excellent...about as close to Epic Universe as you can get, which made getting to the park incredibly convenient.Although we didn’t end up using it, the property also has a very nice pool area and a walking trail around a lake/pond, which looked like a great place to relax.Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

My overall impression was that it was not as nice as the pictures presented. There is a definite need for some upkeep. Here are the issues:Need new blinds in kitchen because they are broken in sections, does not look appealing Need to fix drawers in living room under tv so they do t stay open because of falling off the wallConsider getting g a new couch because it is stiff and uncomfortable Need more towels, too fewNot fully stocked kitchen, I ended up buying g a spatula so we could make eggsThe hand soap that was there was diluted with water so just squirted out everywhere

Great location to Universal and kids will love the Mario themed room and play room. The host was very slow respond to simple messages and you could tell they were more AI generated than a personal response. Especially loved the message about the requested early check in that came two hours after the time he said we could check in. A few blinds had slats missing, one cabinet had drawers that wouldn’t stay shut and one TV was programmed in a different language that caused a lot of headache. I would still recommend this for the location but not for the service .

For the price, the property was good. However, the communication was terrible. I contacted the host three or four times and received no return communication. We had to go to the main office when our toilet was clogged. It took an email from the office for us to get any help from the host. One of the couches was falling apart, the drapes were hanging off their rod, the floating shelf was falling off the wall, and the wifi did not work. I had to unplug, reset, disconnect, and reconnect several times to no avail. I contacted the host with no response. The Wi-Fi finally connected, and we were able to watch television. There was no salt and pepper, only two trash bags, and one dishwasher pod for nine days. There are no oven mitts, one dish towel, and one towel per person. The game room is ok; however, you must bring your own gaming system. The TV is only set up for gaming. The kids wanted to watch the soccer games in that room, but that was not an option. There were a lot of good things about the place, but there was a lot that made for a frustrating stay.

The property is just like the pictures, quite nice overall. However, the property isn't as well kept as the pictures show; there is a big shelf that is falling off the wall under the big TV, and the mini blinds in the kitchen were bent & broken... minor things that should be fixed (or replaced). Upon check in, we found the downstairs king bedding had never been changed so we had to change those sheets after a late arrival. However, there is NO extra bedding anywhere in the whole house so we had to run out and buy laundry detergent! There's not even sheets/blankets for the hide-a-bed. I guess they think you'll sleep straight on the old mattress?There was only one bath towel per bed, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and just one roll of TP per toilet. I'd contacted the host many times trying to get more of these things but they never returned my text or phone call. I learned later that having 1 towel, 1 roll of TP and 1 roll of paper towels is considered standard around here (Vista Cay complex, Orlando or all of FL?)Not having the host/manager, or even the owner respond not even once in 5 days is totally unacceptable. For that alone I recommend you DO NOT STAY HERE.

This renovated townhome was perfect for my family of 4. The game room was a great touch and we enjoyed it. The renovations made this the nicest townhome we've stayed in at Vista Cay (out of 4 total over the last few years). I agree with previous reviewers that the hosts are not communicative. They take several days to reply, if they even reply then. But the home was very nice and we have no complaints. Would absolutely stay here again!
