Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts.

Repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to their private unit, including all listed amenities inside the apartment. However, CERTAIN community features such as the gym, pool, and other shared facilities are subject to seasonal availability, maintenance, or closures at the discretion of the building management. Please refer to the amenities list for an updated list of all amenities.



Pool Availability: The pool is seasonally closed in the fall and winter and reopens in late spring.



Shared Amenities: We are not responsible for random maintenance or closures of amenities, as they are managed by the apartment complex and shared among all residents!

Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Coveted Hospitality Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)

This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.

$15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195)

$25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295)

Large Pet Surcharge (Over 35 lbs)

$49 one-time fee for 1 large pet

$95 one-time fee for 2 large pets

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 21+

Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only)



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in

Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing our rental agreement/house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
