ATV Adventure at Villa Fodera
Get ready for an unforgettable ride through the scenic Pocono Mountains! We're thrilled to offer our guests exclusive access to our private ATVs, with direct trail access right from the property.

We have a fleet of four high-performance ATVs:

(1) CFMOTO C-FORCE 500S (single-seater)

(2) CFMOTO C-FORCE 600 (two-seater)

(1) CFMOTO C-FORCE 800 XC (two-seater)

You can ride directly from the villa and explore the beautiful trails around local lakes and wooded areas. For longer excursions off-property, our certified ATV Facilitator and Tour Guide will lead the way, ensuring a safe and exciting journey. Choose our hourly rate or day rate. You don't have to leave the premises to board; the Trails start at the end of the driveway!

Your safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary riding and safety gear, and our tour guide will give you a quick safety briefing before every ride. To participate, all drivers and riders must sign a waiver and release form.

Horseback Riding
Ready for a unique adventure? Enjoy free horseback riding during your stay! You don't need a reservation—just head to the stables located across from the community entry gate at 5257 Mink Pond Rd, Bushkill, PA 18324. Look for the silver decorative suitcase in the foyer for riding tags for each person. The stables are open from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Just tell the manager, Cole, that Shelton sent you!

Full Home Alexa
Villa Fodera is a smart home. Alexa is in every room, ready to assist you. Simply say "Alexa..." and ask her anything—from questions and alarms to reminders. You can also use her as a home-wide intercom. Just say, "Alexa, Broadcast on all devices..." and then state your message.

Televisions
Every bedroom features a 65" Samsung Smart TV with YouTube TV. You can sign in to the "Villa Fodera" or "Shelton" account to access a premium bundle that includes Max, Paramount+, Cinemax, STARZ + MGM+, and 4K Plus. Netflix is preloaded on all TVs, and some also have Amazon Prime. For an enhanced sound experience, the living room TV can be played through Alexa, and the downstairs TV near the garage automatically connects to the stand-up speaker next to it.

Arcade
Get ready for some classic fun! The arcade games may be off when you arrive. Just swipe right on the "on/off" button to boot them up. Each console has 12-14 games. Check out the included games for Ms. Pac-Man, Mortal Kombat, X-Men, and Street Fighter.

Enjoy pure, clean water throughout your stay thanks to our Aquasure 70,000 Grains Whole House Water System. This advanced, 8-stage system uses three filters, including reverse osmosis and UV sterilization, to ensure the highest purity. It even softens the water, so your skin will feel like silk. Yes, it's perfectly safe to drink!

Pool, Spa, & Hot Tub
Our saltwater pool is heated to a comfortable 70 degrees, and the hot tub is available for your enjoyment. To use the spa, simply turn on the breaker and power, then use the up and down arrows to set your desired temperature. Please remember to turn the breakers off after use. For a magical experience, turn off the floodlights and switch on the pool lights for a night swim under the stars.

Our stay at this luxurious estate was perfect for our family getaway! With a family of 7 there was copious space with one bedroom unused! All of the amenities and features allowed us to enjoy a poolside lazy day, family dinner around a large dining room table, family game night in a designated space, nature to behold, and a kitchen with everything we needed for a proper meal to be prepared. The property managers were available 24/7! (No exaggeration) Whenever we needed them, they responded within minutes! The ATV rental was very easy and permitted for 6 people to ride comfortably with 3 double seaters and a phenomenal tour guide to escort us to and from the trail! No expense was spared in the preparation of this property and the customer service was 5-star across the board! A second trip is definitely in the future!

We found this villa completely by chance and honestly could not believe our luck. We rented it for New Year’s Eve, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We stayed with a group of four families - nine adults and several kids (ages five and up). Despite the size of our group, the house never felt crowded. The villa is truly huge and offers a sense of space that you rarely find in many Pocono homes. Everyone had plenty of room, and the house felt cozy and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless and beautifully done. The large basement entertainment area was a highlight - we spent time playing games, singing karaoke, and relaxing together. The sauna was a great bonus. We didn’t use it every day, but one evening we did, and it was a very nice addition. We visited in winter, grilled outside, and even had deer walking right onto the property, which was magical for the kids. On New Year’s Eve, we were allowed to set off fireworks, and with snow falling that night, it was an unforgettable sight. The host, Shelton, was always responsive and easy to communicate with. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely love to come back.
