Mad we didn’t take more pictures but the location was great from the fire pit to the rec area. Close enough to town to get extra items

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous views. Beautiful home. Fire pit is a great addition. House was very clean. We had only one disappointing factor with our stay and it was the hot tub was not clean. When Sherry called to check in I let her know and she apologetic and was ready to send someone right over.

Georgia Mountain "Luxury" Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the physical house was as expected, minus some peeling paint in bathrooms. Location was perfect for our family wedding, with great view. We were disappointed that most of the hot tub jets didn't work properly. Pool table pocket had a hole in it, so balls dropped to the floor. Be aware the bare minimum is provided as stated in agreement. (1 dish towel, 2 trash bags, small dish soap, 3 dishwasher pods, utensils, pots and pans). NOTHING else not even salt and pepper. No bath soap/shampoo/ or laundry detergent. One towel per person (which included towels to be used for hot tub). I had to ask for additional forks and dish towels. Only 6 forks for our party of 10. We were surprised that a "luxury" cabin did not provide some essentials that most do. It is clearly stated but still disappointing compared to others we have stayed in.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property needed a lot of maintenance... especially in the outdoor deck. It needs painted very bad... we wanted to grill on the outdoor grill propane was empty. We had no detergent for the dishwasher... or to do a load of laundry. Overall, it wasn’t bad the place just needed a lot of upkeep maintenance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally the property was in good condition. We had a wonderful weekend even with the rainy weather. Our complaint was with the hot tub and gas grill. Neither were acceptable. Hot tub was dirty with algae growing on the sides. The gas grill was inoperable, no gas. We have had wonderful experiences every time we have stayed at a Georgia Mountain Rental property but this time it was disappointing.

Beautiful views, close to everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at Five season. The house was perfect for the 8 of us with plenty of space. The views and sunrises from the house and balconies were incredible. The house was in a great location only 11 minutes from Helen and Cleveland. We had fun using the firepit, hot tub and gameroom. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and it was perfect for all Hanson deck cooking. We had a wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend this property it has it all.

Beautiful View, Gorgeous Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting with Georgia mountain rentals. We stayed from Friday - Monday. As expected, the customer service was exceptional leading up to the stay and through the first night. Sherry was wonderful about alerting me to the snowy conditions ahead and warning of hazardous road conditions. The cabin overlooks yonah mountain with the most picturesque sunrises on clear morning. The cabin was well appointed with all of the kitchen appliances that we could have possibly needed and linens for our large party. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Despite what appeared to be a perfect cabin at a distance, we slowly started to notice some cleanliness issues such as dust bunnies on the door and drool marks on the decorative pillow cases. In addition, unfortunately, due to the snow storm, we lost access to hot water. The company was alerted, but no one was in office to address the issue, though it would have been difficult for a handyman to visit given the road conditions. We did not hear back from the company until Monday morning as we were checking out.
