Mountain escape with hot tub

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize about the trash being full when you checked in. Unfortunately, the trash service had not yet come that day. After your request, I personally came up and loaded all of the trash into my own vehicle to try to accommodate the situation as quickly as possible. I do wish we had been made aware of the issues with the pool sticks during your stay, as we keep extra supplies on hand and would have gladly replaced them immediately. Unfortunately, items like that do occasionally get damaged by guests, so we try to stay stocked with replacements and routinely check everything. We typically do monthly updates and inspections to keep the property in great condition. The kitchen is stocked with professional-grade cookware, including stainless steel pots and pans, along with place settings for up to 16 guests, including children’s plates, cups, and silverware. We have generally received very positive feedback regarding the kitchen setup and supplies, as it is stocked more thoroughly than many personal homes. That said, we do take all guest feedback seriously, and we will certainly review everything you mentioned to make sure the home continues to meet expectations. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
