Vores hjem er beliggende i et af de mest eftertragtede, familievenlige kvarterer lige udenfor Disney Resort. Fra vores hoveddør er det let 20-25 minutters gang til "Lykkeligste Sted på Jorden". Nyd stille, problemfri adgang til Disney's vidunderlige verden og alle de nærliggende butikker og underholdning, lige inden for gåafstand fra vores hjem.

Had no hot water the first night. Management did offer alternative locations but it would have been too much to move. They made it right and got the water fixed the next day. Location was great for us. Everyone enjoyed the themed rooms and overall it was a great house. Local ordinances make using the outside amenities almost impossible if you’re going to the theme parks. There were issues with the heat controls for the spa but we eventually figured it out. The process of reserving the property and having to repeatedly agree to all the terms and conditions, as well as providing so many details for every guest was burdensome and based on my experience with order short-term rentals it was too much. It may be the location that requires that but there were several times I almost walked away because of the myriad of emails and requirements just to stay there.

The stay was very nice. The kids liked the Disney themed rooms. It was centrally located not only to Disneyland but also Walmart for food and things we forgot. It could have used more bath towels but it does have a washer and dryer. The washer broke but it was fixed right away. Plenty of parking space. Overall it was a good experience

Disneyland Trip

It was perfect to be able to leave Disneyland and go rest for a couple of hours, enjoy the pool, and go back to Disneyland.

We had a great stay at Andy's house. Check in and our stay went smoothly. We only had a small issue with the pool area but it was fixed fast and handled well by management.

Great family stay

Location was great. Walked to Disneyland. Loved the number of bedrooms and the pool was clean and fun. Would definitely recommend for families.

A comfortable place to stay

We enjoyed the property. We divided our visits into the Disneyland park by going for three days with a break in between each day. Because of the great weather we were able to swim in the swimming pool and hot tub. The slide was a hit. On those days we utilized the gas grill to prepare dinners. The kitchen could use a few more mixing bowls for making salads, etc. We had one mixing bowl we switched out for different things. While the house was in good general repair, Here are a few helpful suggestions: The back bedroom door sticks and is causing the interior to split (a little sanding on the side would eliminate the problem and the cute decorative wall paper is peeling from the wall in the Disney Character room. I would hate to see it come off as it is very cute. Finally, we loved having a washer and dryer! A great stay. I would rent it again if I were going to Disneyland with my family. Everyone had a place to sleep and the little ones switched beds just for fun because of the decor in each room. Thanks!

Family Fun

The house was a nice size It was as described. Lots of appliances , towels etc. Close to DisneyEasy walk . Easy to get groceries etc.Had a small issue with spa but a call was answered right away and it was dealt with in great time. Family really enjoyed pool. A great family holiday

Great house for family trip and Disneyland

Our family really enjoyed this property. Everyone loved the themed rooms, the pool and hot tub. The property was very spacious for us and is in a great location - everything within a few miles including Disneyland!

Andy's House Good Choice

Overall we had a great stay at Andy's house. The pool wasn't heated when we arrived, which was disappointing but the staff had it ready to go for us on day 2 which the hot tub was sorely needed after a long day at Disney! They had stroller and highchair ready to go. Their were minor hiccups: leaking toilet and dishwasher, but they repaired those as well when we were at the park. Staff very attentive to all questions, issues, etc. Got back to me right away. Andy's house was a good choice- could use an upgraded couch and a cookie sheet, but overall was perfect for our family getaway!

Family friendly spacious house

A perfect family retreat! Just minutes from downtown Disney, which made it very easy to get to the park and not spend hours in the car. The pool was perfect, just the right size for the bigger kids to swim, and a nice shallow area for our toddler to wade in. Bunk beds were a hit, and the house had a pack n play which was very helpful. Looking forward to visiting again!

Tremendous pool and location!

We loved the water slide in the backyard...in fact, my youngest nephew mentioned while we were IN DISNEYLAND that he just wanted to go back to the house and play in the pool multiple times. And speaking of Disneyland, we were so close! Easy access to the park AND we could see the fireworks from the back patio. Great!

Great location!

The house is showing signs of wear and tear and there are a few discrepancies from the listing photos. It is within walking distance of the park, but it’s closer to 1.5 miles. Still, the location is great and the house is a perfect spot for swimming and relaxing. We had most everything we needed to prepare our meals there. The property managers are extremely responsive and were quick to resolve all of our issues!

Great location

Terrific hosts with prompt and frequent communication. The house was very large and clean. The beds are very well used and quite uncomfortable, but we were so tired from Disneyland it was tolerable. The thermostat was programed to turn the heat up at night, so until we figured that out, we were all waking up at 2am sweltering. We had to buy plastic cutlery because there was not enough silverware for 14 people. The house was well supplied otherwise.

Great location nice theme rooms

We loved our stay some minor dislikes but they can be overlooked as they did not take away the experience of our trip. It would be nice to work on this beautiful home to keep enjoying it to the fullest. This home has the potential to become our new family tradition.

Awesome place!

This place has some of the best customer service I have experienced! They are very accommodating and respond very quickly. The house was perfect, the pool was the biggest hit for the kids and a lifesaver for the adults. When we come back to Disney we will definitely be using them again!

Family Vacation

We had a blast staying at the home. I paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was. The kids had a blast swimming. The bedrooms were nice. The upstairs master bedroom is huge. The walk in closet was used as the babies room. It was the perfect place to sleep a baby. It was close to Disneyland. There is a Costco, Target, and Walmart with in 10 miles from the house. The only small complaint I have is the lack of big bowls. We cooked dinner most nights and needed some big bowls. A crockpot would have been nice on the days we went to Disneyland. They are very strict about the 10:00 pm quiet time. The rental is in a neighborhood so there is a noise ordinance for Anaheim. We had a fun stay and enjoy our time!

I have never been asked to pay so many fees as I was asked to pay at this house.

As soon as I have time I’ll go back through the agreement to post all the additional fees I was made to pay. One was $79.00, I believe, it was a fee added in case I needed to reach management during my stay. I have never seen that before. They wanted $100.00 for an early check in, when they didn’t have a guest staying the night before. I’ve never been taxed so hard at a rental home, ever, in 15 years... It was ridiculous. I would have tried to cancel if it weren’t for my mom not wanting the hassle of finding another place last minute. I found plenty of other places maybe 5-10 miles further that would be much better and less expensive without all the strict regulations. The location is close but not close enough to not have to Uber there, so save yourself a lot of money and Uber a few more miles. They also spammed my texts with “opportunities” from their company, which would, of course, cost me more money. I got so many unwanted texts trying to sell me more nights on the property and sell me on things to do in Anaheim, that would have accrued them even more profit. I’m not exactly a frugal person, yet they still really managed to irritate me. Oh ya, and they texted me to ask how my stay was going, so I responded that all the bed linens smelled of mildew and then I never heard back.
