WHO IS LUNEH and WHY DO WE HAVE 200+ LISTINGS??
Luneh is a Corporate Housing company. We rent long-term leases from apartment communities, fully furnish them, and then rent them out to our corporate clients and the government. We recently had a large government project (see below) leave a month earlier than expected so we are offering significant discounts on the 240 apts we have listed on furnished finder for the month of July. As our occupancy rises, we will slowly begin to raise rates so there is no guarantee that the advertised price will stay as such for any particular unit, especially for late July move-ins and any move-in after August 1.

We have had significant interest in our apartments and they are being rented quickly. You can tour any apartment you wish, but once you know which you like we highly recommend you fill out an ASAP and move forward with signing a lease. For the application we will send you a link via Furnished Finders sister company KeyCheck. There is a $49 application fee that you pay them, we are not involved in the process at all, we just see the final application results.

HOW WE BILL

We bill daily, meaning whatever the month is divide that by 30 and thats your daily rate. So if its $3000/month for example, then your daily rate is $100 per day ($3000month/30 days).

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
Upon approval all tenants will pay a 1/2 - 1 month refundable security deposit.

Deposit will be fully refundable, less any damages, within 21 days of move-out per California law. However, we typically refund deposits much quicker.
