6- Do not shower with sand on your body. Too much sand can damage the pipes due to the salt and density. Please try to clean as best as possible before entering the property.
7- We understand that you are on vacation but please do not shout and make loud music noises at late night hours. Is a residential area and is important to respect the community.
8- Any type of smoking is prohibited. Not all guests like the smell of smoking and can affect the experience of future guests.
9- We are a local company and we work every day to make your experience a good one, help us in not damaging the towels. They are very expensive and we want a clean environment for you and future guests.
10-Working hours is from 8AM-10PM

Pets Policy:
We take great pride in maintaining our property to ensure it`s in the best condition for all our guests.
While we love pets, they are not allowed on the property to maintain a safe and allergy-free environment for everyone. If you have received prior authorization to bring a service animal, a $100 fee will apply. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required to keep the space fresh and well-maintained for future guests.

Due to the water issues in San Juan the property was not cleaned and there was excrement in both toilets. There was ample automatic communication from the host management company but it was clear that a person was not sending the messages and they failed to notify us prior to arrival of the water issues or the property not being cleaned. We wasted several hours of our vacation time trying to relocate due to the lack of communication about the situation. It was a stressful start to vacation. I understand the water issue is out of the control of the owner/management company but personalized, live communication from a human to advise of these issues on the front end would have been appreciated.
