Escape to Lion on Beasley, an inviting retreat located on Whispering Pines Road in beautiful Waupaca. Tucked into a peaceful setting, this home blends relaxation, convenience, and fun — with the soothing sounds of Beasley Creek flowing through the backyard and easy access to many of the area’s most popular attractions.

Inside, guests will find comfortable living spaces, spacious bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen designed to make gathering with family and friends easy and enjoyable. After a day exploring the lakes, trails, or downtown Waupaca, unwind in the cozy living areas or relax outdoors while listening to the creek and enjoying the natural surroundings.

One of the home’s most unique features is its location next to Tom Thumb Mini Golf, a longtime local favorite that offers nostalgic family fun just steps away. During business hours, guests may notice some activity and traffic in the neighboring parking lot, though many enjoy the lively atmosphere while still appreciating the home’s private and relaxing setting.

The property also backs up to scenic Beasley Creek, which has public access. At times, you may see visitors enjoying the creek and surrounding outdoor areas.

Please note this home does not have central air conditioning. The dining/family room area and each bedroom are equipped with individual wall-through air conditioning units to help keep guests comfortable during warmer months.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located in the following areas:

* Near the dumpsters
* Rear corner of the house facing the dock
* Near the sunroom exterior door facing the creek
* Ring doorbell on the back porch
* Front garage facing the driveway

These cameras monitor exterior portions of the property only, including entry points, driveway, parking areas, dock area, and outdoor spaces. All cameras are exterior only, audio/video enabled, motion activated, and are not actively monitored during guest stays. There are no interior cameras inside the home.

Welcome to your home away from home! We are honored to share this special lake property with guests from near and far. From the moment you book until the day you depart, our goal is to provide a relaxing, memorable experience where you can truly unwind and enjoy time together.

We are a Wisconsin family with roots in the Appleton and Milwaukee areas, and hospitality has always been important to us. Our parents have spent more than 50 years in the real estate business, and we siblings are proud to continue that tradition. Our father, a Vietnam veteran, met our mother while serving overseas many years ago. Through hard work, sacrifice, and a strong “family first” mentality, they built both a business and a legacy that made opportunities like this possible for our family.

We created this home to offer the comforts and conveniences people appreciate while also providing a peaceful escape from the busyness of everyday life. Whether you are gathered around the lake, making memories with family, or simply enjoying a quiet morning coffee by the water, we hope you feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home during your stay at Beasley Lake.

The peaceful setting along Beasley Creek offers a relaxing backdrop we knew our family and friends would love, while the convenient location puts us just minutes from the Chain O’ Lakes and downtown. Being right next door to Tom Thumb Mini Golf also felt like a fun bonus — it’s a place we’ve always enjoyed and knew our guests would too.

Our goal was to create a welcoming retreat where people can slow down, make memories, and enjoy both the natural beauty and the small-town charm of Waupaca.
