We absolutely loved this place. The owners think of everything you would want even providing all the firewood you would want. Chelsey, the property manager was the best we have ever encountered. We will certainly be going back!

We had a fabulous family vacation once again at this wonderful rental log cabin house on the Chain O Lakes. Everyone enjoyed themselves! The property manager went out of her way to be responsive to us. 5 stars!!!

Perfect week

We had the most wonderful week together with all 11 members of our family. The floating Lily Pad was a huge hit. Hope to go to Reese’s Retreat again sometime!

Loved this place, incredibly well stocked kitchen, great views of the lake and really easy to rent the pantoon, which is well worth it. The only criticism is the lack of insulation between bedrooms. Beyond that, terrific

Wonderful property!

We have never stayed at such a nice rental on the chain! The house is so cozy and comfortable and has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and everyone had their own space. The view of the lake is wonderful! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We made lots of great memories!

Fantastic Getaway

This home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. It was comfortable for a group of 10 and we had a wonderful experience. The lake views are great throughout the house. Very tastefully decorated and very easy to make yourself at home. Owners were great to work with and left many nice surprises for us. I hope to stay again soon.

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT

Stayed at this house for new years. Had a really nice time. Skiing mountains only 20 min away. the view from the house is Beautiful . It has everything you need. I Highly recommend this house

Family Vacation on Lake Beasley

Reese's Retreat was everything you could want for a family of water-loving kids and adults. We loved all the kayaks, the paddle board, the canoe, lilly pad and floaties. The house was lovely, spacious, and very well equipped. Chelsey, the property manager, was responsive to all our questions and we were able to have a pontoon boat delivered to our dock. We highly recommend this property

Fabulous Lake Vacation

We stayed at Reese's Retreat at the end of July-August 2017 and can not say enough about our trip. We had a large multi-family group ranging in ages from 7-83 and there was plenty of room and activities for all. Sandra and Chelsy were great to work with and the home was beautiful and well maintained. We loved the kayaks and outdoor space as well as the screened porch. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again! Thanks !

Amazing weekend on the lake!

We were so impressed with this property! We had a group of 8 including 2 children. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kids loved having the basement entertainment center to watch Netflix in the morning! We rented a pontoon through Becker and no one could get over how crystal clear and beautiful the water was! The kids also enjoyed fishing off the dock on the days we didn't have the boat. They only caught small blue gills, but they were entertained! The only drawback for us is that the water around the dock was rather mucky and weedy and the kids didn't want to jump in off the dock to swim. I suspect it gets better later on in the summer and this was partly due to the crazy amount of pollen blowing around this time of year, but the kids were a little disappointed. We had a fire the first night with wood provided by the rental. Just awesome! They have really thought of everything and we had no issues cooking multiple meals in the well stocked kitchen! This was definitely the best VRBO rental that we have stayed in and provided us with much needed family time after suffering the loss of my grandmother the weekend before. Thank you for offering such a wonderful retreat!

Kristina, we've always found that time together in a beautiful setting is just what our lake house does best. Glad your family experienced that as well. As far as the soft, natural lake bottom, that's absolutely true, and why we use the pier-to-the-swim raft technique or, even better, hop on one of the crazy and numerous water toys. Beautiful place, plenty of room for all of us (5 adults, 1 kid) Very clean and spacious. Host was great about communicating check in and out as well as explaining what accommodations are at the property. Lake is beautiful, lots of kayaks and floating tubes. Definitely recommend

Beautiful property for a family! All 11 of us, from age 11 to 77, enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great dock, water toys and floats, and convenient boat rental. Will return!!

Home Away From Home

This is our 4th time staying at Reese’s Retreat with our family get together and are looking forward to next year. This year we rented their pontoon and it was a big hit. I can’t say enough about this property as it has all the water sport toys like kayaks, paddle board and the ever favorite lily pad. They supply the wood for the evening s’mores. This is the ultimate vacation home for 11 people. Chelsey, the property manager, is great to work with and a wonderful resource. Can’t wait until next year.
