We sincerely apologize for the uncomfortable experience you and your daughter had during the pool service visit. The pool company services the property weekly to maintain the pool properly, and we do send a reminder message to guests on the morning of the scheduled service. However, we completely understand your concerns regarding communication and identification during the visit. We will be addressing this directly with the pool company to ensure technicians clearly identify themselves, communicate respectfully with guests, and provide a better experience moving forward. The red substance added to the pool was part of the routine pool treatment process, but we understand how alarming that may have been without proper explanation. We truly regret that this situation impacted your stay and your daughter’s comfort in using the private pool, especially since it was an important part of your booking experience. Thank you for being our guest. Yes, Storey Lake Resort has a lot of popularity and the guest wait lines to enter the community are long, because every guest has to go through the main entrance. QR codes are not for the back entrance, this entrance is only for owner so bar codes will not work there. If it is in the front and the bar code does not work, this is their system and we do not have control over it, but the guards are present 24/7 to assist. We are sorry that the TV was not fixed in time, something like this has to go through the owner. We hope we can serve you even better next time.

Regarding the missing towel, we only charge for items that are unreturned or damaged, and since it was not found after your stay, it had to be replaced.
